My experience with them was very good. Matt was very accessible from the start. He worked around my schedule. Everyone was very courteous and professional. I have no complaints about my experience.
My wife and I are very pleased with Breyer Construction. They were very well organized. Their staff were very friendly, and the crew were hard workers. Everything went quite well. We had some very bad weather when they were building our deck. They were here at one time and it was pouring, but they were still working, putting plastic coverings over their heads. It was something. They showed a lot of teamwork. Their feedback to me, by Matt and his construction supervisor, was very positive. Anything that needed attention they took care of immediately. We've had several contractors come to our house and they are among the top we've worked with.
Breyer Construction & Landscape was very professional and courteous. They completed my work ahead of schedule. The quality and workmanship that they provide is second to none. I am very happy with them.
They listen to you. They work with you. They are just really professional and polite. As I watched them work, the attention to detail and the patience that went into doing the job was just phenomenal.
Keep doing what they are doing. We interviewed four different contractors on referrals from neighbors. From the time Matt walked in the door there was a difference. Of the four, they were the most professional and their price was the fairest for what options you received and the quality of their work.
My wife and I had been looking at several different companies to finish our basement. We chose Breyer Construction and they did a fantastic job and they did it in the time frame they said that they would. The cost was extremely fair and their workers were very professional. I would recommend Breyer Construction to anyone who wants to get a Basement finished.

Matt Breyer did a great job of designing a new deck layout for us and showing us all of our options. John Breyer and his crew did very neat work and worked very hard to complete the job right and on time. Both Matt and John kept in contact throughout the project and answered any questions we had. From the very first meeting with Matt Breyer, we felt that this company was the best to meet our needs. Matt really listened to what we wanted and our price range. He put together a sketch and was willing to modify the sketch due to our concerns and preferences. Once the contract was signed, John was the project manager. He kept us updated as to when they would be out and working at our property. John and the rest of the guys were very professional. You could tell that they took pride in their work and wanted to please the home owners. Our needs were exceeded, and we are very happy with the whole process. Would recommend them to anyone.
All great, honest workers. Felt perfectly comfortable with them being around. Very appreciative of the drinks and lunch I provided (for $50 savings). It was an innovative savings incentive and allowed us to get to know everyone better. I've never met or observed workers so dedicated, skilled, and professional.
Matt is a man of his word. After completion of our deck, it was discovered that Breyer was given a piece a material to support the deck that did not meet their standards - which caused a visual issue. Matt was quick to respond to the issue, and effectively fixed the problem. The deck looks great! All of the customer feedback that we publish is derived from the customers we survey. Our Guildmembers provide us with their customers' contact information, we conduct the surveys, they receive the feedback, and -- if they have chosen to make their feedback public -- the member's performance report is automatically updated to reflect the response. Members may choose to publish a summary of either all of their feedback or their most recent twelve months of feedback.
In addition to average performance ratings and survey statistics, GuildQuality also publishes two types of customer commentary: Comments and Reviews.
A comment has been provided by a survey respondent in response to any one of the survey questions we ask, and a member may or may not choose to publish it. Often customers provide unsolicited testimonials or compliments, and members can choose to share these comments in their published performance report.
Many Guildmembers choose to participate in our formal review process. These members have added an additional question on their survey: "If you'd like to provide a public review of your experience working with the Guildmember, please share it here." In contrast to comments, which a member selects to have published, we publish all reviews, provided they are at least 30 words long. With each review, we include a one to five star rating provided by the survey respondent.
