We had a deck removal and rebuild with a storage area underneath. Deck turned out great,we had a few issues with the storage area and they had to return several times to identify and fix a most frustrating problem.Ryan was easy to deal with and he followed through on his promise to make things right.All in all it was a great experience with all the people we came in contact with. We would hire them again in a minute.
We asked about 4 contractors to bid on a "finished basement" project early 2013. Breyer responded quickly, the quoting process was very professional and Matt Breyer came over himself to give the final assessment. Breyer's bid was very competitive and the most aggressive timeline, they also came recommended by a colleague of mine, so they won the bid.The project started on time and progressed almost perfectly. They passed most inspections with the first visit and addressed any issues quickly. The sub-contractors were extremely professional and the workmanship was of high quality. The project was completed about 2 weeks AHEAD of schedule and within budget (outside of some minor modifications I requested, where the costs were very reasonable). I am currently in the process of painting and trim and have not come across any issues with the work.I would highly recommend Breyer.
It was a pleasure working with Breyer Construction & Landscape. Matt worked with us to align the project within our budget. The deck was completed within the timeframe promised. The deck looks amazing! We would definitely recommend them and will most likely use them again with future home improvement projects.
We contracted Breyer C & L to repair a brand new deck that was unsafe to use. The deck was built by a previous (unprofessional) builder and was not built to NADRA standards nor was it built to the to the city codes. Breyer C & L was able to find and abate the problems of the unsafe deck and made it SAFE for us to use. We also had them add a roof and screened-in porch. Their work was absolutely fantastic, beautiful and professional from the beginning to the end. We also contracted Breyer C & L to correct a problem to our new addition. The original builder put in a laundry closet with a 4 foot door. The average appliance is 30 inches thus you would need a minimum of a five foot (60 inches) door to be able to put in or pull out either the washer or dryer. Breyer C & L was able to correct the previous (unprofessional) builder’s mistake with minimum disruption to our holiday. In fact, there was no disruption; they cleaned up every day as if they were not here. I probably asked Matt Breyer more questions than most home owners because of the previous (unprofessional) builder. Matt Breyer put me at ease and was able to answer all my questions. I could tell Breyer C & L was a professional builder compared to the previous builder. I had bad feelings about the previous (unprofessional) builder but I ignored my gut feelings and got burned. Matt understood the problems with the previous builder’s poor workmanship and was able to show me exactly how he was going to proceed with the repairs to the deck and laundry closet to make it safe and usable. Did I tell you it looks beautiful? I was definitely impressed and will use them again if needed.
We loved the finished product and were thrilled when we got the estimate Matt gave us some ideas that we would have otherwise never have thought of, so we were extremely happy with that end of the project. It was more than we could have hoped for.
We are so happy that we found Breyer Construction. After our first meeting with Matt, we knew we found the right person to build our deck/patio. He was very professional and offered a lot of suggestions while staying in our budget. They were flexible with scheduling the project and the workers did quality work.
Matt was fantastic and patient as we went through the process of developing a design for our project. His computer generated designs provided us with a view of what the covered deck would look like at its completion. When an issue developed with not having enough of our existing siding, Matt, Ryan and we were able to solve the problem with a great affordable solution that added nicely to the appearance of the project.

Homebuilders, remodelers, real estate developers and home services companies pay GuildQuality for customer surveying and performance reporting. We refer to these companies as GuildQuality Members, Guildmembers, or members.
Our service helps Guildmembers monitor customer satisfaction and -- if they choose to publish survey feedback on our public website at guildquality.com -- articulate the quality of their service for prospective customers.
All of the Guildmember information we publish at guildquality.com has been provided to us either by the member (such as pictures of work and biographical information) or by their customers via one of our surveys (customer comments, performance summaries, and reviews).
All of the customer feedback that we publish is derived from the customers we survey. Our Guildmembers provide us with their customers' contact information, we conduct the surveys, they receive the feedback, and -- if they have chosen to make their feedback public -- the member's performance report is automatically updated to reflect the response. Members may choose to publish a summary of either all of their feedback or their most recent twelve months of feedback.
In addition to average performance ratings and survey statistics, GuildQuality also publishes two types of customer commentary: Comments and Reviews.
A comment has been provided by a survey respondent in response to any one of the survey questions we ask, and a member may or may not choose to publish it. Often customers provide unsolicited testimonials or compliments, and members can choose to share these comments in their published performance report.
Many Guildmembers choose to participate in our formal review process. These members have added an additional question on their survey: "If you'd like to provide a public review of your experience working with the Guildmember, please share it here." In contrast to comments, which a member selects to have published, we publish all reviews, provided they are at least 30 words long. With each review, we include a one to five star rating provided by the survey respondent.
