I think Betenbough has done a good job about solving any problems I have. Every time I have had to call the warranty department, they are very helpful and courteous.

I would recommend Betenbough Homes to anyone. They were very friendly and they were very efficient. They are a Christian based company and they made it really easy to pick my home.

My experience with Betenbough was a great one from start to finish. I went to view the Valencia subdivision and we were not there five minutes before we realized how unique it was. The employees were totally friendly. We toured the home, my wife loved the big closet. It was a great experience. I have purchased several homes and this was the best experience I ever had.

As with any home purchase we had our ups and downs. But when all was said and done we love our home and appreciate the fact that our home comes with a warrenty team. They are so helpful and willing to listen to your needs. We are so thankful to God that he has allowed us to be able to have this wonderful home.
The sales staff in the front office where always helpful no matter what the sistuation was. The overall quality is great along with the price. We looked at a lot of homes in the new and established neighborhoods. We know we got a great deal for our money.

I was most satisfied with the communication process after we made the deal and moved in. During the post move-in period we had a couple little service issues, and they've been outstanding in following up, responding to and completing a few small repairs, and being on time.
The area where I was most satisfied with Betenbough Homes was the customer service.
I was satisfied with how they had it built with what we wanted in a really short period of time. I couldn't even believe it.

Overall, working with and having a house built by Betenbough has been a near-flawless experience. They made everything such an easy process and we never had to call to ask questions- they kept us up to date on everything and gave us info on things we didn't even think of. There were a couple very minor things we noticed after moving in and they've been noted- it'll be passed on to Betenbough and I know it will help them become even better. I can easily say that we were treated better than we would have been anywhere else and I believe it's a testament to their faith and God's blessing. They were and have continued to be amazing! I am not completely satisfied with the overall closing of the purchase. I don't have a lot of options that I would have liked to choose from. I have two full pages of discrepancies that they did not take care of before closing.

Although the finished home is nice, the process of getting there was troublesome. Betenbough representatives lacked communication with us and had trouble maintaining quality contractors and as a result the quality of our home suffered. Betenbough representatives found every reason as to why our home could not be built in a timely manner and it was never "their" fault. Overall, we are satisfied with being in a new home but if we could do it over again, we would have chose a different Builder elsewhere.

The employees were not truthful and they were unprofessional. Getting someone to call you back was not easy. We still have an oustanding issue that has not been addressed. We were told by Colby that we would be getting a water loop and that was totally not the case. When we have brought this to the attention of your employees, they asked us if we had this in writing and are not doing anything about it to resolve the issue.

My experience with Betenbough has been superb! Their staff was the best I have ever had the pleasure of working with. If I build a new home in the future, they would be the first company I would look at.
I am most satisfied with the satisfaction I feel about purchasing the home, based on several factors including perceived value of the home per square foot, location, new house, and the friendly professional employees I dealt with who were obviously representing a Christian-based organization. Great job guys.
