They were prompt and very professional. There was a window sill that had a crack in it and they were prompt and attentive to fixing it. They corrected it in one day. I was very satisfied with the company.

My experience was less than satisfing. They didn't live up to the 100% customer service guarantee like they said they would. They were overrated. My salesperson was great but everything about my installation wasn't good.
Everybody on the job was really great. The salesperson was fantastic. The foreman and the three workman, I just thought the world of. They cleaned and took care of everything about my home. They moved and covered everything on the exterior. They even placed boards underneath the dumpster to protect my driveway.
I have been very happy with the people who came out here and the salesman who came out here. Even the lady who I spoke with on the phone was helpful.

The best thing about dealing with All County on my roofing job is that my experience with them was completely hassle-free. Any time I hire a contractor I expect a struggle to get them to do what they promised in the time frame they promised. That was not a concern here at all. All County did exactly what they promised without any prompting from me. They were professional and honest from start to finish.
Having an older home I was concerned about the level of care needed in performing major work to an older structure. I asked many questions and was given straight answers about what needed to be done. It was clear that I could trust that they would do the job right, and they definitely did.

From start to finish, from the first salesman that arrived, it was truly an education in the craftsmanship and dedication to the company. The second man who came by was a true professional and a pleasant man to deal with. On the day of the installation, two men showed up and did an excellent job installing the windows. Overall, they did a wonderful job.
