Dean himself is a wonderfully friendly person and extremely professional in all ways. When he said he or a member of his crew would be there they ALWAYS were. When there were a few delays the reasons were clearly explained and were always reasonable. When threre were a few imperfections he always arranged for them to be fixed, both day-to-day while the work was going on, a few weeks after the job was basically done, and even a few things that didn't pop up until several months later. I would definitely hire him again and probably will before too long.
