I had a pretty disappointing experience with Champion Windows overall. I’ll start by saying I’m not someone who usually writes negative reviews, but I do wish I had read more reviews before moving forward. I definitely feel like I got pulled in by high-pressure sales tactics which I understand is on me, but you should expect these tactics, too.

The salesperson who came to my home made me uncomfortable — very pushy and overall just not someone I would really trust. Looking back, I regret not taking more time to shop around and compare options and not listen to their whole “today only!” pricing scheme.

I told the guy that my biggest concern was timing because it was the beginning of winter and a lot of cold air was coming into my home so it was important to get it installed quickly. He said it would take about 6 weeks, maybe 8 at most. The installation didn’t happen until 3/20/26, so more than 15 weeks. I never would have signed up for that.

The cost was also extremely high — around $10,000. I could have purchased a comparable door for about $4,000 and even if I paid someone a couple grand for installation, it would have been much more reasonable and it would have been done way faster.

The installer was friendly and professional but he reattached my doorbell camera upside down, so now it shows my neighbor’s yard instead of my driveway and walkway, so now I have to fix that.

Overall, I wouldn’t recommend going with Champion unless you’re very confident in what you’re getting and are prepared for potential delays and high costs. I wish I had made a different choice.

Great sales representative and installer. They did not come measure like they were supposed to so our original order did not get installed and had to be re-made. No apology aside from installer. Otherwise it'd be a 10.

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with! Over a year and a half and still don’t have sashes that fit. Ice on inside of some windows in winter! Absolutely would NOT recommend this company.

Quality workmanship & installation process. I think I overpaid. Should have gotten competitive bids but the sales guy Jeff put the hard sell on me and said the deal was only good for that day. I felt pressured.

The installers were in time. The product was perfect. They were efficient, polite, and cleaned up.

Did not get sale prices. You measured my windows and showed up at installation and my kitchen window was wrong. Then after we paid in full you called me the next day asking about payment. Perhaps ask your people before bothering me.

The only hitch in the process was a broken patio door…a new one has been ordered and I’m sure it will be replaced in a short amount of time… I would definitely recommend Champion to my friends
