Was priced too high.
Leafguard delivered everything that they promised.
Great experience and great product!
It l
took a few visits to get gutter finally installed. we had to pay extra for a roofer to come and confirm there was no problem to install gutters
Leafguard was efficient and fast.

Leafguard was very courteous and kind, and they did a really did a beautiful job. The cleanup was done very well, and I have talked to others who found did not have that same experience with other companies, so I would definitely recommend Leafguard.
The gutters have been great with all the rain we have been getting, and they really look good. We love them.
They did a good job!
The Leafguard salesman was very efficient and friendly. However, when the workers came out, they were not efficient. The workers did not follow measurements, made holes where holes were not needed, and I was less than satisfied with their work. They finally came back a second time in regard to my down spout after I called them three times.
Rather wait 1 year to experience before commenting to this question, you may contact me at that time.
Several issues with installation and leaks. Have been corrected so far, but could have been prevented entirely at install.
It is an over priced gutter system I wished I had never bought.
It's a nice product and we had been searching for something like this for some time. The high pressure sales pitch is very off putting. As seniors we know what we want when we see it and want to get to the bottom line and get annoyed to waste our time with a boring presentation that seemed endless and didn't help us in comparing companies products (we already had a major brand compared product on our home).
The system is very good but comes at a very high cost.
The sales staff is excellent along with the installers. Very quality workmanship and materials.
No better product on the market to increase the value of your home. LeadGuard is better designed than any cover type fits on existing gutters. Not only does LeafGuard keep the gutter clean, it successfully directs the flow of water into the gutter and to the downspouts.
Salesman was adamant that condition of fascia would require replacement of portions and included costs associated with that. The installation crew was adamant that the condition of the fascia was not in need of any repair. Who’s right? Was this senior citizen taken advantage of in terms of final quote vs. actual final cost? I.E., did I pay more than I should have due to misleading information at the front end?
I have installed Leafguard on three homes now. They have a great product and I've had excellent customer service each time.
The only reason I am giving them a 9-star rating instead of a 10- star rating is because I am not out and about much. I am very satisfied with what they did.
One of the workers torn the screen to one of my windows when he was pulling the old gutters down. The tabs that allow the screen to be pulled out from the window were missing when the supervisor, Kevin Hardesty, returned the repaired screen. Kevin said he would called the window company and get that fixed. I gave him the Window Company's phone number and the window dimensions but I have not heard back from him and that was on Feb. 7th (more than 2 months ago). I suspect I will not.
I have already recommended them to a friend.
I worked with LeafGuard of Chicago because I saw a friend on the reference list that I have known for seven years who is a neighbor of mine.
The gutters not only look great but are working we), as I can hear the rain going into them instead of spilling out of them like my old ones, and my front porch is staying dry at my door.
Our gutters were installed on a Friday and we told our salesperson we would not be home. We discuss final payment b/c we wouldn't be there. He was very nice and told us immediate payment wasn't necessary. The Saturday began a long weekend. I received a call about billing Saturday morning and again Monday. Again this was a holiday weekend. I received a message on Tuesday saying I was ignoring their attempts to collect and this would be referred to legal. I found this incredibly insulting. When I called him Tuesday morning he was rude and I lost my temper.
