Our experience with Mark was that he was very detailed in planning the project but I was quite dissatisfied with his foreman and what happened on the site. I liked the management and how the project was planned and was quite satisfied but not satisfied with the foreman.

Points Of Satisfaction - The head of Trace, Mark, knows what's going on. Communication was very good and very regular. The people were very easy to get in touch with and there were no surprises. There was good leadership, good management, and very skilled personnel. We did live in the house for over two months while they were doing the work and they did a great job of staying out of our way.
