Comments
In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.
Reviews
Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.

Sexton Griffith was very easy to work with. They are very qualified at what thjey do. I enjoyed working with them and, having been a builder, working with them was a fun experience. They have stood behind their product one hundred percent.

Sexton Griffith Builders is a quality builder, and I would recommend them without hesitation. Their warranty service has been excellent, and they are always willing to fix any problems that arise.

I would say that I felt that they were very strong technically on building and their crew was highly skilled. I was able to talk frankly with them about the cost and overall it was a good experience.

We were pleased with the initial planning. Since we were not familiar with the area we relied heavily upon the suggestions and recommendations which Barry and Kevin gave us. we were very pleased with their input and the results.

Although we have owned 12 homes we had never built a home before. We had heard many "horror stories" over the years.As it turns out, this process was actually fun and my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience. SGCB delivered a beautiful home home on budget and in less time than originally promised.
