GuildQuality customer satisfaction surveys enable homeowners to rate their contractor on a scale of zero to four (with zero being the worst and four being the best) in all sorts of categories. Our members can publish a summary of those answers here on their profile page, displaying a bar for as many or as few questions as they like. The score for each category indicates the percentage of survey respondents who answered a three or four to that particular question.

We display two types of written homeowner feedback on GuildQuality member profile pages: Comments and Reviews.
In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.
Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.
I intended to give an overall three stars, but I guess the individual answers won't add up to the auto-calculated total score. We had an initially bad job that took forever, but once we contacted the owner directly he quickly made things right. Just wish we had not had to drag through the first six weeks and only experienced the last two... Then I would have given five stars. I felt this company was pricey, but I assumed I was partially paying for speed, so I was disappointed. Had they been less costly I may have shrugged my shoulders at the delay and figured I got what I paid for. In the end, we are pleased with how it turned out.
I would lilke to go on record saying that if any one is looking to do any remodeling and wants to have a great product and a very good experiance, they should go no further than to make contact with Morey construction. I would be williing to allow prospective clilents to come see what work we had done to our home.
I was satisfied by their overall commitment to the project. I had a high degree of confidence that the team would resolve any issues.
I was satisfied with a few different items. First, trustworthiness. Morey Construction stuck to their commitments. Second, the design was very well done. Third, timeliness. They delivered in the time frame specified, which was nice.
We were extremely satisfied with the work that Morey Construction did for us. Morey is characterized by knowledge, competence, trustworthiness, and professionalism. The design work was excellent, and the project was completed in a timely manner and was on budget. We would highly recommend them.
