The area where I was most satisfied with Stonebridge Development has been in all areas.

I would like to recognize Crystal and Jason at Stonebridge Development for their exceptional service.

First, we saw the signs along the roadside. As we discussed that this life style was something we should consider, we stopped in at the development office to learn more information. Crystal was very, very knowledgable and kept us informed through the internet as to the progress being made at Stonebridge. She never forgot about us during the two years it took us to make the final decision for the life style change.

I am so pleased how quickly and smoothly the whole purchasing procedure went. No hype, nothing but honesty and integrity. I love it here.

Location, price, quality of workmanship, and I needed a new home in a short amount of time. The condo had just been dry walled and was for sale. I feel I was at the right place at the right time and decided in less than 24 hours I would buy it. Also the staff here are knowledgable and listen to every question I had and were honest with me . I respected Chrystal and knew I could trust her. Any request I had, she met. Kim was just as amazing and helpful. This awesome team did't just stop the minute I purchased the condo, they are an ongoing "We are here for you anytime" group.

Moving here was a very nice experience and a nice thing to do, and we're glad we did it.

I like the ease of living here even though I didn't think I would. I have came in here and adapted here very easily. I like the social aspect of the community.

We were able to get in on it before it was built, so we were able to do what we wanted to do.

Friendliness and openness of the people. We went in the clubhouse and there was a huge list of things to sign up and do and while we were talking to Diane, 6 different people came by and invited us to stuff. They were adamant we join them and we were just looking, that was cool. Susan G. Komen event, we were invited to participate and I think that was the biggest influence. We found the model we really like (Canterbury) and we immediately knew we were going to live there.

We feel very close to the staff so I don't think we will have a problem ever.

We liked the location and we were about 45 miles away and we were talking about relocating and everything just came together and we just did it now and now we are with our family and we like being able to see the stars and not all of the city lights.

Jason who is the head builder, he has been very nice and Crystal as well.

We appreciated the help we received at closing--as we closed on our previous home the same day and weren't sure the funds would be received in time for our Stonebridge closing. We appreciated the management working with us as we had to move our furniture before our scheduled closing.
