The process went very smoothly, and we attribute that to their design-build model. Their team works closely together and communicates frequently, and this was very obvious throughout the process. The demo was quick and left as little mess as possible. The various stages of the project were timely and extremely well managed. The floors, countertops, tile, and cabinetry came out beautifully. The attention to detail of the carpentry was amazing. The only issue we had was with the painting subcontractor, but WBA responded swiftly and remedied the situation. We would use WBA again in a heartbeat for a future renovation project.
