This home and community is a dream come true for me. Thank you.
What influenced my decision the most was having this unusual and wonderful combination of factors available in this community. After looking in a number of communities in the area, I realized that BelleVue Park was the best fit for me. Every one of the reasons mentioned above played a part. At first, I thought that building a home would be too overwhelming for me to tackle, but it turned out to be a positive experience in a supportive environment. Having the model home and the showroom made it possible.
We looked at several other communities and we were impressed with Michelle Watsons presentation. It was a factor in our decision to build here.
We liked the community, the design of different types of homes (town/traditional/estate), clubhouse; proximity to Graham Park (big factor) and overall value.
I really liked the maintenance free living. I was ready to move and my kids are in college and I wanted to downsize; it was a perfect opportunity.
Chad was very prompt, very polite, and responsive to emails or phone calls. Also, Lori Rumbach she was very prompt and followed through on phone calls. She was the "troubleshooter" for the company.
The community is very pretty. I like the maple trees they are putting in. They'll look really great in fall.
The people here welcomed me when I made my initial visit so that I knew I would be able to have a social life without needing to depend on my family all the time.
I was most satisfied with the overall design of the floor plan and the amount of space that you have here.
The sales team acts like a family, which truly delivers warm feelings.
I think the layout and the sun room have been great. They have quick service and are always there to help you.
The quality of the product and everyone we dealt with was absolutely more than helpful.
I was most satisfied with their responsiveness to resolving warranty issues and also they worked hard so we could get our house closed so we could close by March of last year. That was important to us.
