Unique Home Solutions was founded in 1983 in Indianapolis, IN and has grown into a leader in the home improvement industry. We offer a variety of products to help improve your home including replacement windows, doors, siding, soffit and fascia, metal roofing, and gutters. Unique also gives customers the opportunity to remodel their kitchen or bathroom and also has a basement waterproofing division that is a Basement Technology Certified partner.
Unique also has over 200 employees that range from installers to marketers. All of our installation crews are guaranteed in writing to be full employees and will never include subcontractors. Unique Home Solutions is a company that does exactly what they say they will do when they say they will do it. The materials that they have provided us with are superior to others. This company is first rate all the way. We are very satisfied with what we received.
Did not order back splash boards for counter tops when top was ordered on Dec. 01 2011. This made a big delay. Counter tops were installed Jan. 19 2012 and finally back splash on Feb. 15 2012. This was entirely too long to have a kitchen out of order. They still need to return to replace two front pieces that were chipped when they cut it. My sink still has silicone around it, which is too much and food, sugar and other dirt gets in it, This is not sanitary at all. Am very dissatisfied about this.
I was completely satisfied with their workmanship and the quality. I've had them at my house 3 or 4 times now. I am totally satisfied with the product and the installer that I've had each time.
Jerome was helpful and Jake went out of his way to explain how the windows worked since I was not there for the initial installation. My wife was but he took the time to show me which I appreciated.
They were there when they said they were going to be here. They also did what they said they would they in the time they said they would do it. I was extremely pleased with the result
I'm very happy with my new kitchen. I love my cabinets and the floor. As far as the installers, I was very happy with them. They sometimes made suggestions for me, and if I had a suggestion they were more than willing to do whatever I asked.
I am most satisfied with the end product, the door itself is beautiful. I also liked that the salesman came back once the job was completed to ensure everything was done correctly.
Collin Brummett and Bryant Edwards For making 2 significant suggestions on the routing of downspouts that was different from the original configuration. One, improved the overall appearance of the front of our home (a definite curb appeal upgrade). The other helped to improve the flow of water away from our home at the back of the house and also improved the appearance.
The product is good. The customer service, I thought, was less than good. There were promises that weren't kept, and they had to come back a couple of times to satisfy me. They also mentioned they would give me deals on windows, and I never heard anything back. They made a lot of empty promises.
As soon as I can I will be doing siding.

I love the work. Unique Home Solutions is very professional. When they entered my home, they laid the stuff down. They didn't track anything onto my hardwood floors. They took the attention to cover their shoes and the floor. When they did the first bathroom they had to use a chisel or a saw because there was a cast iron tub in there. They had to chisel it out, but on my downstairs bathroom, they pulled it up in no time. It's amazing. I love what I picked out. People wonder how I can be so happy over a bathroom. It's because they are wonderful.
I think the men at Unique Home Solutions did a great job on the majority of the project. I was dissatisfied with the door the replaced for me. Other than that I was completely satisfied. I would highly recommend them for any remodeling project.
They did an excellent job. They come out and get the job done quickly. They put up 70 feet of gutters along the backside of the house with only two people. They did an excellent job.
First is the quality of the product-microbial- that interested me first. Mold/mildew have been a problem that I was concerned with. The salesman were professional and worked hard to give me a fair deal. The workmanship was outstanding and I am proud to show off my new tub/shower. I love it.

Thanks to Unique Home Solutions, I no longer have to be concerned over who to call for work on my home. Since the first meeting, I have felt at ease knowing I was working with knowledgeable and professional people. I have had several jobs performed including a new steel roof and windows. They are really professional with what they do. They double check their measurements to make sure the windows are the right size which is a big issue with me because my house is old. There were certain situations where they had to get creative with their measurements. They were very precise and the windows are wonderful . I can tell a huge difference in temperature in my home. I just love them.

Just when I thought the nightmare with this company was over, another screw up happens.I am so done with these clowns I can't even find the words to describe how sick to my stomach I am in choosing this company! First of all they are a bunch of liers as Bob Bryan commented on Face Book .I would not recommend this people to my worst enemy! Since day one it's been one lie after another,one excuse after another.It took them two months to put 4 small windows in my house.Wyett the first guy to come to my home worked like 4 hours tearing up my windows before deciding they were the wrong size! Then Mark showed up and conviced no one but himself that they were the right size and made Wyett install them and left,after a hour or so Wyett got fustraded and also left leaving my siding exposed to the elements and it did stormed that night! Next they made me miss work cause they were sure the windows were right,Two guys showed up,and after an hour or so they to decide the windows were wrong patched up my torn up windows and left.We talked to a "president" of the company(Gary) by the way this company has so many president and vise president,managers,trainer​s,and such that we lost count.Every time we called to complain we talked to a different person.Well anyway this president promised I would get rembursed for the day I missed from work cause they were so sure they had the right windows,another Lie ! 2 month later the right windows showed up and they sent 1 guy to install the windows, right in the middle of bad weather! Well he worked till the job was done ,but I have to question the quality of the way Unique takes caution on how they take care on working with lead paint! A piece of plastic,and the worker didn't have no protection at all.Needless to say working in the rain makes sense now I was left with a bunch of lead paint chips all over my roof (which I have pictures of) and all over my yard,the rain washed most of it into the ground and gutters ! another LIE! I hate to think of how the side of the room was left since we have porcelain dolls in there. Later they sent (vice president) Bill to listen to our complaints he listened and told us how non of this was their fault and how most of the mistakes are part of the process.Sorry all I need is for us to sign this paper so the bank can pay us he said. Thats all he care about! Done deal right? not quite! The bank finally sent us the loan papers,but they sent them to an old address that Unique gave them! Was that so that our first payment would be late and further ruin our credit.Buy the way I didn't mention that they unlawfully filed for a 10.000.00 credit card for us.Which we had to close the following month after we got it! Now I have to call Forum Credit Union to fix their latest messup!I don't know how a bank like this can work with this clowns! Is some one in the bank getting paid off? I am really taking this actions that Unique has done personally.Credit fraud and hurting the enviroment is strictly illegal.Very unsatisfided with Unique Home Solutions! We had a tub and shower installed, as well as two windows. The workmanship and quality for both of these projects was excellent, and Unique's teams of installers are professional and highly skilled.However, brace yourself for the hard sell. Never in our lives have we received so many phone calls and attempts to solicit follow up business. We started to avoid answering the phone. These folks need to recognize that their work should speak for itself. They ended up alienating us and making us wish we'd never even done the first project. Again, not because of the work, but because of the additional sales pressure. It was exhausting.

Homebuilders, remodelers, real estate developers and home services companies pay GuildQuality for customer surveying and performance reporting. We refer to these companies as GuildQuality Members, Guildmembers, or members.
Our service helps Guildmembers monitor customer satisfaction and -- if they choose to publish survey feedback on our public website at guildquality.com -- articulate the quality of their service for prospective customers.
All of the Guildmember information we publish at guildquality.com has been provided to us either by the member (such as pictures of work and biographical information) or by their customers via one of our surveys (customer comments, performance summaries, and reviews).
All of the customer feedback that we publish is derived from the customers we survey. Our Guildmembers provide us with their customers' contact information, we conduct the surveys, they receive the feedback, and -- if they have chosen to make their feedback public -- the member's performance report is automatically updated to reflect the response. Members may choose to publish a summary of either all of their feedback or their most recent twelve months of feedback.
In addition to average performance ratings and survey statistics, GuildQuality also publishes two types of customer commentary: Comments and Reviews.
A comment has been provided by a survey respondent in response to any one of the survey questions we ask, and a member may or may not choose to publish it. Often customers provide unsolicited testimonials or compliments, and members can choose to share these comments in their published performance report.
Many Guildmembers choose to participate in our formal review process. These members have added an additional question on their survey: "If you'd like to provide a public review of your experience working with the Guildmember, please share it here." In contrast to comments, which a member selects to have published, we publish all reviews, provided they are at least 30 words long. With each review, we include a one to five star rating provided by the survey respondent.
It is important to note that GuildQuality does not endorse the qualifications of any company. We make no predictions, warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, about the quality of any work a company on this website may provide.
