Twin Construction
This job was our second experience with renovations done by Twin Construction. In both cases, the job was done well and under budget. The staff at Twin show an outstanding level of professionalism and kept us "in the loop" as the project progressed. We have no reservations about recommending Twin Construction to our family and friends.
They are trustworthy. We trusted everyone they sent to our house.

Twin kept to the schedule and cost of the project. The help their referred suppliers gave to us was outstanding as well. Brad also did an outstanding job keeping us in the loopp on what was happening, when things were needed from us and wporking with us on changes. We could not have had a better PM on the job.
Our project manager stopped by several times every work day to make sure things were going as planned. Twin was very willing to work with a local craftsman we specifically wanted to do bathroom counter tops and bath surround concrete work.They also gave us a time line and kept to it. We have heard of other contractors taking several months longer to complete their project. It was refreshing that we did not experience this type of relationship with Twin.

Twin Construction went above and beyond on customer service from day one of my project. My project manager was always professional and committed to getting the job done right, no matter how much of his time it took. The company's management and administrative staff was very courteous and available for any question I had.
The workmanship of all the repairs is excellent. It was well worth it to work through Twin to have multiple different workers (painters, electricians, etc. ) coordinated. The office support in dealing with insurance and mortgage companies was invaluable. All communication was answered in a timely manner.
Generally, I was satisfied with the communication. They always kept me in touch with what they were doing.

Twin treated my home as if it were their personal home -- their entire team; we could not be more pleased. They pro-actively went out of their way to communicate and exceed expectations. We have worked with several contractors prior to Twin and committed that we would never build/renovate a home again -- just too much headache. Working with Twin, we wouldn't hesitate to build/renovate another home; they were fair, efficient and a pleasure to work with all around.
Twin treated my home as if it were their personal home; they spotted things before I did and perhaps some that I never would have notciced. They managed the project allowing me to focus on my work; exactly what I needed and wanted.

Great customer service, beautiful results, what I believe will prove to be good quality for the money. Overall, highly recommended. We are now looking at remodeling our bathroom. If we don't end up doing it all ourselves, I will definitely give them a call.

Where was Twin Construction when I needed them? I wish I had known the "Twins" on our first remodel of a kitchen and laundry room several years ago. We got in a real mess with a shady contractor who suddenly stopped coming by the job site or returning our calls. We wound up having to fire the contractor and the subcontractor and then search for plumbers and electricians and tile installers ourselves. In addition, we lost quite a bit of money on the deal. The job was a total disaster and I swore I would never remodel anything again after that experience. What should have taken 90 days took a year and a half to complete. I guess time heals all wounds, and my husband and I got tired of looking at our three dated 1960's baths and paneled playroom so we decided to have another go at the remodel process. Our neighbor across the street had used Twin Construction so we had the opportunity to see the before and after on their house and get a reference. The Twin Construction experience was about as good as it can get when it comes to remodeling. No remodel job is going to be perfect. Don't kid yourself thinking that it will be, and unless you are highly experienced in the world of remodeling, use a professional company and save your sanity. I would highly recommend Twin Construction to anyone who is considering remodeling. They are professional, courteous, trustworthy and reliable. Most importantly, they seem to know how to run a remodeling business, and even when things don't go perfectly, they right the wrong and will do whatever it takes to make the homeowner happy. We are currently in the middle of another kitchen remodel at our second home on the lake which I had hoped I could get Twin Construction to do, but with all the storm damage in the spring they were covered up with work and couldn't take on any additional jobs. I have one thing to say "I miss you Twin Construction"!

Twin rennovated our kitchen and master bath and finished our basement. We are very pleased with our new spaces and feel the investment was worth it! Twin was excellent to work with, both in terms of customer service and project outcomes. They provided excellent service while scoping and pricing the project to include providing detailed designs and working to adjust the scope until it met our budget. During the actual project we received weekly project updates and met at our site as often as we liked. Their subcontractors were efficient and professional and were coordinated by a superintendent who organized the project work to avoid wasted down time and provided expert oversite, advice, and hands on service. Multiple parts of the project advanced simultaneouly. We have complete confidence in Twin and will use then again.
The job progressed quickly and ahead of schedule.
