If Cathy were a neighbor, she would be the first person we would choose to keep an eye on our 17 month old daughter & help us buy a home. Melanie bent over backwards to provide us with examples of our selections as we worked our way through an out-of-state build. She was very helpful during the design selection process and guided us easily through what can sometimes be a dizzying selection process. These ladies deserve as special thanks and recognition for their efforts!

They were absolutely beautiful on the outside, and when you walk in your are greeted with nine foot ceilings, I am still amazed at how nice it is inside. It was the in right price range and it was built very well.

Neighborhood, good schools, quality and aesthetic of construction, design aesthetic. Saw a Traton Home in another neighborhood, liked the quality of finishes and details, great work!

There seems to be a willingness to work with the home buyer in creating the home they want. My experience was that Traton is all about what is possible instead of what isn't possible. The answer is always, "I think we can do that." They are flexible and I had the feeling they were on my side when any problems arose, no matter how complex, time-consuming, or potentially expensive the issue. In short, they are so customer-focused, I felt as if I were building a custom home. Really fun experience!
