We chose it because it was in the right school district and we liked the appearance and selections available. In our case we loved the green areas and walking path behind the home as well.

Their floor plan was spectacular. I was going to build a house for $500,000 originally but changed my mind after seeing the floor plan Traton Homes offered. The house I was going to build for $500,000 was no where near the layout Traton Homes had. They have a fantastic layout.

The Traton team including the sales person (Daniel), the builder (Charlie and Edward), the sub contractors, the design center team(Angi), and even the vendors that Traton does business with - have all been top notch. You should be proud to have put together such a great team. Keep it up!

We are actually repeat buyers of a Traton Home. 15 yrs ago we bought a Traton Home and lived it it until we wanted something different for the next 15. Traton builds a great home, they are responsive to questions, and offer great quality for the money. 2nd time around was even better than the first. Great job Traton team!

We were looking for a home in the Dunwoody area with a yard and an open floor plan. We really didn't have any intention of building, but after seeing the new homes in the Leisure Ridge development, we jumped on it. Both Mike Riley and Patrick Martin were extremely knowledgeable and went out of their way to help us and answer any questions we had. We didn't expect that our home would be finished and ready for move in on the closing date (What new construction ever is?), but Patrick had it done ahead of schedule. It was the best decision we could have made! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

The staff really went above and beyond. We primarily dealt with the sales agent, the design consultant, and the builder. They were very prompt and answered all of our questions. It was a very positive experience.
