Trace was completely professional. They started on time, finished on time and always kept us informed. Trace's workmanship was outstanding. There were no corners cut. And there were no attempts to increase the price, except for two changes at our request. The best part is, I can sleep at night knowing it was done right.

Our project included a variety of tasks demanding expertise in multiple areas. We thought Trace brought practical experience and knowledge in addressing all of these tasks and the contracting process was informative. The company's procedure of sending out notices to neighbors in the area informing them of the upcoming project was a welcome touch. We were very impressed at the quick scheduling of work and that the project was so organized and accomplished as planned and on time. The work was very good, the areas cleaned every day, the workers respectful. Communication with the excellent project manager made this project as much a pleasure as renovation could possibly be. I already recommended Trace to my neighbor. Thanks.

Our experience with Trace was amazingly positive. We can"t say enough good things about the professionalism, quality of work, level of communication, and end result. We have worked with other companies and have never been totally satisfied with the process or the end result. With Trace, everything went very smoothly and the end result exceeded our expectations. We have already signed up for another project.
We have had roof leaks for 20 years and Trace has fixed them when others could not.
Trace employees were professional and courteous and we were very impressed. However, the brick and painting subcontractors were not.

The remodeling process was clearly explained, and I knew what to expect. No, there's nothing I can think of to change.

The enire project was completed early. Lankford Hardware kept the project from being completed up to a month early and it was our fault for selecting them. Trace stayed on top of this and never let it fall off the radar screen.
We were difficult from a budgeting standpoint, but, Trace was patient and worked deligently to keep costs down.
