They did a major renovation for my brother, and he was very pleased with the quality of work and value.

The cost estimate was very reasonable, they used realistic estimates for all of the allowances, so the final job was completed at the cost I expected. No surprises. The quality of the finished renovation was exceptional.

I think one of the most important aspects of TR Construction is that If there was ever a problem or question during our remodel, it was always addressed and solved in a timely manner. I also liked the fact that they were willing to work within my budget and use cost-saving ideas to help keep cost lower to me, but still include quality work.

We've used TR Constuction for several home renovations, inside and out, and have been very pleased with every project we've done. I would whole-heartedly recommend Tony and his crew to anyone considering a remodeling or new construction project. Many of our projects were "design and build", which can often be frustrating, as you don't know what you're getting into until you begin. Tony and Chris Williams are exceptional at looking at a project, drawing on their personal building experience, and telling you if something will/will not work. Having his team as a resource on the "front end" of a project, can save time and money down the road. Tony even handled building issues for which he had no direct responsibility, simply because we asked. After major storms, where we had sustained significant damage, he was at our house the next day, coming up with a plan for immediate repair. He has even called in the middle of the storm to see if the house had any issues. He has always gone above and beyond on every project. It is clear after you meet Tony and work with him on a project, that he is truly dedicated to building and maintaining excellent homes!
