Communication before, during, and immediately following the job. We always have so many questions which need to be answered. The application of the roofing system was performed well. The attention to detail on the "cutting in" (into the brick) of the flashing and subsequent caulking was well done. The double wrapping (with Tyvek) on the chimney box rebuild was not expected.
