    I enjoy the corner unit design of my townhome and how it is filled with natural light. I like the gradual lighting and dimming of the stairway lights. I appreciate the planned neighborhood of Rosewood with the varying building designs, park, and playground. Rosewood is not a monotonous mass of identical buildings with identical exterior paint and features. Thank you for the harmonious design. - Mar 27, 2009

    The interior designer (Pat?) who helped us to pick the different materials on options for the house. She has exceptionally full of knowledge about the differences of materials and have an excellent customer service even though we had tons of questions and changes.   • I cannot believe that your 1-800 number for emergency actually works. I had sewage issue over the weekend. The warranty guy Richard showed up in an hour. This is truly exceptional. - Apr 17, 2009
