Paul Stenzel has been extremely helpful in answering questions about my home, and is always reachable for warranty and repair assistance. He is polite and always follows up with us. It is a pleasure to work with Paul.

Our experience throughout the sales process was good, Marc and Natalie kept us informed with all the updates.The options selection process was great, Tad is very patient and knowledgeable - we really enjoyed it. We were also very happy that there was an option to get the backyard landscaping done. The frame walkthrough with Ray was very informative. Ray was also extremely helpful and knowledgeable.The final walkthrough and orientation with Richard Hartmann was amazing, he really goes through every detail and explanation - we were very impressed. Also, he is very quick and thorough to ensure our satisfaction with the home.

Richard. Can't say enough of the help he has given us. This is my second brand new home that I've purchased and Richard blows out my previous warranty consultant.

Richard did an amazing job during Orientation and in fact is still doing an amazing job making sure all our requests are fulfilled. I can't thank him enough for his amazing attitude and willingness to help us out.
