We were so impressed with everyone. They are very good and they take care of everything. Lisa was excellent. Jesus and the other man who oversaw the construction, as well as the warranty overseer, were both excellent as well. They take great ownership for their work and quality.

We have been most satisfied with the staff we worked with. Everyone has been wonderful and professional.

The sales team were excellent and responded promptly to requests, particularly Marc Druge who was our main sales contact. Also, we can't say enough about the effectiveness, responsiveness and efficiency of our warranty representative, Richart Hartmann. He has done and is continuing to do an excellent job on all of our problems and concerns with the house.

The walk through before and after were exceptionally helpful because it allowed me to see and learn everything about the house. It also allowed me to change or have anything fixed that wasn't to my liking.

Jenny and Natalie are both professional. Also, the superintendent, Roger. He was always very helpful even when things weren't necessarily his responsibility. He was always quick to resolve an issue, and that was excellent.

I want to emphasize how happy I was with who I worked with. We started this process late October and got our keys before Christmas. We had problems on our side with the lenders, but everybody was on board.

Ray has been very responsive with any issues or concerns I have had with my property.

Every single person here was extremely nice to us. We did not have a problem with anyone that we dealt with at Summerhill. I would recommend this builder to anyone (and already have) that's looking into buying new construction.

We did have to call them to fix some items, but they were great about doing it right away. Also, we are still waiting upon the repair of some windows that were scratched.

Of course there are always additional things that we would like choices for (e.g. higher vanities for the non-master bathrooms, higher doorframes, wider variety of paint choices). However, they did give us a mountain of choices considering.

Tad was great and very patient. Making decisions on every detail of the house is hard and they were great with me making last minute changes to my selections.

The sales staff and the construction superintendent have been outstanding.

The home design is excellent. Many of the defaults are quite good, such as the granite, marble, and appliances. Summerhill has been very good in resolving issues that have come up post-close.

I would recommend SummerHill to a friend because1) I like some of the design features--simple curve line, thick recess wall, big tall windows, higher ceiling, nice wide staircase.2) I think that Marc is a fantastic sales person and Jesus is very helpful onsite personnel.
