Construction Quality - The quality of our home absolutely exceeded my expectations. We have built many homes over the years and never before have I seen a builder so thoughtfully build in convenience, style and soundproofing as Summerhill has done. The smallest details have been looked after. We only needed to move in and enjoy.

Condition of Home - Surpassed all expectations. I am still discovering unexpected touches as we unpack such as counters that have already been sealed, insulation in the secondary (interior) walls, mitered opening in the cabinetry for the recycle bins, extra outlets, lighting, rubber sound bumpers in the electric garage door opener mounts (where it connects to the ceiling) in the finished garage, even a carefully painted parking pole (matte black) by the garage heat pump.

The person who came to do the walkthrough especially stood out. He described everything in great detail and provided the phone number for how to access the warranties, as well as how everything, including the solar, worked. He was in charge of that part of the process, and he really did a good job.

The customer service/warranty service was also excellent. The sales team and office were very responsive, and they provided an excellent service. The design team were very courteous and patient when it came to selecting the options. Overall, the entire process of buying the home was exellent. In a sense, we had worked with the builders previously, and we got an excellent service compared to our past experience.
