They had a contact person who was always there and who we directly communicated with and who had a weekly profile for us as far as what was coming next and what to expect. When we went down to look at Charleston as a place to build a home, coincidentally every home we liked happened to be a home built by Structures. We asked who was doing these houses and once we decided to build a house we figured we would like to get them to build our house. We liked the style and we had a concern with the green aspect of the house. The materials and stuff. They sold a lot of the energy efficient stuff and things that wouldn't wear out. They seemed like a company that knew what was going on in building. They didn't try to sell you just stock stuff. It was mostly the case that every house that we liked was built by Structures.
