None. I was extremely pleased with the work, the people and the quality of product. All expectations were met successfully on schedule.

Since we never had need of a contractor before this, we were concerned that our repair job might be too small for them or that their work might not be completed in a timely manner or done well. But Trey Strock eased our fears in the beginning when he said the "magic" words that no job is too small and that most of their customers entered into a long term relationship with the business. As our repair/renovation progressed, Thomas showed such attention to detail that we knew we diin't have to worry about the quality of the finished product.

Any repair or renovation job has problems inherent in it and with so many variables to cover, there is ample opportunity for issues to arise which they did in our case. But Strock Enterprises took care of every one and truly gained our respect and trust that they would ensure everything was finished well.

We knew Strock. There was a trust relationship. If he says he'll do something, it will happen.

The last job was a little more complicated than we had anticipated but it worked out fine.

Overall it was a wonderful experience. Everything was completely handled for us. The project manager was aware of problems before we were, and let us know how it was being handled.

They cleaned up after themselves daily. Kept all of the materials stacked together nicely so that we could still utilize the garage and not really notice a difference.

Everything was exactly what they said it would be. There were no surprise costs, or forgotten items in the contract.

We had to move everything out of the house except for two rooms that were sealed off and our concern was for those two rooms. We had covered all furniture with multiple layers of sheets and plastic but was still worried about dust and dirt. Luckily, it was kept to a miracle minimum.

We ended up doing far more than we had initially planned due to hidden issues and all surprises were handled quickly and expertly. While we had to increase our budget, everything was addressed beyond satisfaction and as quickly as humanly possible.

He was upfront with everything we were looking for.

I was packing and moving while the renovations were being completed, and the subcontractors did an excellent job keeping the house clean. I had the ceiling replaced in the garage, and the subcontractors even cleaned the floor every day before leaving. The garage never got dusty, and I was able to use the garage throughout the renovation.

Thomas the Project Manager was always available and did an excellent job staying in communication with me. Even when I traveled out of the country, Thomas answered all of my e-mails promptly.

The subcontractors Strock Enterprises work with are great. I am impressed by the quality of all workmanship, especially the painting.
