I was satisfied with the overall quality of work and the way the sales team managed the job starting out. They followed up on all my concerns, and they were quick to make any necessary changes or repairs after the job was done.
If you want someone to not just bid and complete a job I'd recommend Siding Group. Before we engaged our architect they were very helpful and many of their suggestions still were incorporated into the final design. On top of that, they do first class work and won't break the budget like some other bids we received...
We've been working on our home on and off for 15 years. We've done multiple re-hab jobs and Siding Group was the easiest to work with of any contractor we've ever used. The job speaks for itself. We were nervous with it being such a large project (residing an entire 2800 sq ft house), but could not be happier with the end result. The sales process was very detailed - we knew exactly what we were getting - and the execution went better than expected - and was exactly on time. There were a couple of minor items requiring follow up, but we are confident that these minor issues will be resolved to our satisfaction. This group is very focused on customer service and satisfaction.
The entire process was flawless from the initial meeting to the completion of the job. It is so rare to be able to go to work and know that you have nothing to worry about. This was the least stressful major repair or improvement project we've ever undertaken. They provided a very thorough explanation of what they were going to do. They did the work promptly, without interrupting it to work on other projects. The work was neatly and skillfully done. They were careful to protect plantings. Homebuilders, remodelers, real estate developers and home services companies pay GuildQuality for customer surveying and performance reporting. We refer to these companies as GuildQuality Members, Guildmembers, or members.
Our service helps Guildmembers monitor customer satisfaction and -- if they choose to publish survey feedback on our public website at guildquality.com -- articulate the quality of their service for prospective customers.
All of the Guildmember information we publish at guildquality.com has been provided to us either by the member (such as pictures of work and biographical information) or by their customers via one of our surveys (customer comments, performance summaries, and reviews).
All of the customer feedback that we publish is derived from the customers we survey. Our Guildmembers provide us with their customers' contact information, we conduct the surveys, they receive the feedback, and -- if they have chosen to make their feedback public -- the member's performance report is automatically updated to reflect the response. Members may choose to publish a summary of either all of their feedback or their most recent twelve months of feedback.
In addition to average performance ratings and survey statistics, GuildQuality also publishes two types of customer commentary: Comments and Reviews.
A comment has been provided by a survey respondent in response to any one of the survey questions we ask, and a member may or may not choose to publish it. Often customers provide unsolicited testimonials or compliments, and members can choose to share these comments in their published performance report.
Many Guildmembers choose to participate in our formal review process. These members have added an additional question on their survey: "If you'd like to provide a public review of your experience working with the Guildmember, please share it here." In contrast to comments, which a member selects to have published, we publish all reviews, provided they are at least 30 words long. With each review, we include a one to five star rating provided by the survey respondent.
