When going into any remodel project, the fear of the customer revolves around budget over-runs, schedule of the work and quality of workmanship/materials. I'm happy to say that Oak Creek Plumbing hit homeruns for us in all areas of the project.Customer attention began with in depth planning and product selection with the Oak Creek Plumbing staff. The staff was very patient and helpful in helping us redesign two bathrooms with a budget that met our needs.The customer attention continued with outstanding communication from the workmen before and after the project started. Naturally, there were some unforseen surprises during the project. Oak Creek Plumbing was quick to recommend low cost quality solutions that didn't change the work schedule nor break the bank.Finally, all issues that were identified during inspections were quickly resolved.Considering the many horror stories in the news in dealing with remodel projects. We are extremely happy that we selected Oak Creek Plumbing as our partner for our project. We give them the highest marks on providing customer satisfaction.

He discovered the real problem, which was not very nice at all. He was able to fix it. It was a very hard job to fix it. I thought he worked very hard. As far as I can tell, everything is fine.

From the beginning of the project to the end the people at Oak Creek Plumbing treated us with professionalism. We started by talking with Jamie at the Racine Home Show. He was very helpful in assessing our project by making recommendations and reviewing options. We went to the showroom to look at materials and options where Susan was very helpful in explaining the pros and cons of the various materials. Randy assessed the project site and made recommendations to provide the best result. His crew did a great job of demoing the old shower and installing the new one. When they left for the day the area was clean and safe to enter. We love the final product and have had very positive comments from our friends. I would not hesitate to call Oak Creek Plumbing for future plumbing related projects.
I wanted a laundry tub in my washroom, and I wanted my washing machine hooked up legally. But the drain line wasn't big enough. So they had to cut a space for Mike (the worker) to crawl into. He didn't complain, and he did an excellent job. The drain pipe works perfectly; it doesn't back up at all. Mike cleaned up after he was done. It was all great.
Mike is great. They're all very nice there.
Mike was in my crawl space for around two days, and he basically had to fold himself into a pretzel. They're just great people. He didn't complain once, even after the stench set in.
