The attic was great because I really needed that installation in the attic.

I was quite happy in all aspects of the project because they did what they said they would do.

The installer was fabulous. He was very pleasant, and just fabulous about fixing any problems.

NewBath could not have done a better job. They were very professional, neat, kept everything clean, and the workmanship was just outstanding. If I do it again, I will go with Newbath.

The guy who installed my bathroom, Antoine, was excellent as far as how hard he worked, and how polite and professional he was. The young man they sent to do the plumbing, who was recommended by NewBath, was also very nice, and worked very hard to fix the plumbing to get it to where it should be. The salesperson arrived on time and was very knowledgeable, professional, and explained everything.

Mike was very helpful with getting some one to come check the problem with an electrial plug that the wires came undone when they pulled the tub out. Also the manager (sorry I can't remeber his name) called me right away after he was told what happen and the problem was fixed. I would like to thank all of you for helping me with the electrical problem.

The guy who did the installation was the hardest working guy I've ever had doing work around my house. He was excellent. He got here on time and he worked the entire time. He did a fantastic job, and he cleaned up any mess he might have made.

Todd was a pleasure to work with. He called us 30 minutes prior to arriving at our house and was right on time. He was extremely polite and professional. He thoroughly answered any questions, I had and made sure I was satisfied. When he was finished, I was expecting to have a little bit of cleanup to do, but that was not the case. He cleaned up everything...including the grass outside! His level of service was perfect.

They did a whole lot to make it workable for us to purchase the tub. I am on a low income as a retired senor. They worked with me and did everything they could do to make it feasible for me to purchase.

I was most satisfied with the option of a one-day installation. This was one of the things that really attracted me to New Bath/Max Home, because to have something like this done, I have to take off work. I was happy that I didn't have to take a week or more off of work for this project.

We were suppose to have both bathrooms done in one day. The wrong shower was ordered but they resolved it, and bent over backwards for us.

Todd Downy was incredible. I would recommend him to do anything. I couldn't believe how fast he worked and how correctly he did it the first time. He's exceptional and a credit to the company.

I would like to recognize the salesperson, Michael Mele, for his exceptional service. He knew what he was talking about and he was thorough.

The salesman was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. The installer brought up things that we didn't even think of! He was very informative. They were both very good. The installation crew covered all of the areas from the front door to the bathroom to keep it clean. They did a very good job! My wife is very happy, and if she's happy, I am happy too.

The installer was great. He got stuck in my yard because it was wet out! He put everything back where he found it, he and his partner were both great. .

I love the appearance, and they do what they say they will do.

Our installer worked tirelessly on the project. We certainly appreciate the effort he gave us. Bob did a great job communicating with us and explaining what new bath was about as well as letting us know the best way we could enjoy a new shower within the confines of our budget.

The bathtub and bathroom look wonderful.
