The salesman was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. The installer brought up things that we didn't even think of! He was very informative. They were both very good. The installation crew covered all of the areas from the front door to the bathroom to keep it clean. They did a very good job! My wife is very happy, and if she's happy, I am happy too.

The installer was great. He got stuck in my yard because it was wet out! He put everything back where he found it, he and his partner were both great. .

I love the appearance, and they do what they say they will do.

Jimmy and the installer were excellent. The installer was done at 6:30 and got there at 9, so it was fast. He did an excellent job caulking.

There was not one particular area that I was more satisfied with. This is my second project with them. There was a change of plans that they notified me of immediately. They were suppose to install a tub-liner using my old tub. They were unable to do this and had to replace the whole tub. There were little pits in the tub and they were very prompt to make the repairs. This was a manufacturing error.

The staff was very friendly and they cleaned up after themselves. I liked that they didn't ask me to clean it up. They were very respectful.

John that came here, was great. He was a workaholic. He never quit.The salesman, Randy Reynolds, was very nice. He was not pushy. I really liked that. If he had pressured me, I would have asked him to leave, but he did not.

Yes, the installers and the electrician. All did an excellent job. Since I am handicap and in a scooter, it was nice that they kept all areas free of debris. Made it nice that I could come in and see what they were doing.

Promptness in the whole production, from meeting with Randy through the professonalism of the installation team. Our appointment was arranged over the telephone and Randy was here as promised. Then the installation was set and the installation team was right on time, started to work and finished the job very timely.

Great value for price paid. this was a bath area that could not be used. Now--all in our family are thrilled to have their bath returned to them

If I had known what I know today, I'd have done this a long time ago, It's beautiful, adds to my safety, and I am happy with it.
