I really like the workers, Dave and Jay. Ashley, our salesperson was really great too. I had some trouble with the back-splash order and she helped with that. They went the extra mile and got us a decorator which was really nice.

From the presentation of the opening bid on this project, Chuck and Ashley were very friendly and very thorough on their overall overview of what needed to be done in the kitchen. We were impressed that they mentioned aspects that we hadn't considered redoing to make it a complete job. When we met and discussed the job with David, we felt very comfortable with his knowledge, his problem solving and the speed with which he got it all done. The response to our concerns was very assuring. Overall, it was a job very well done in the very best time, and it is beautiful.

All the folks at New Life are professional, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, skillful - just great all-around. Ashley came up with a practical and beautiful design and helped us make good decisions for all the details and kept the project on-track and in-budget. David & Ryan are certainly the best team to have working in your home. Their craftsmanship is superb. Just amazing how they transformed our old kitchen to the new in just over one week's time with minimum disturbance. David's attention to details and skills in making everything work and look great are amazing. The New Life painters, Jay & Juan, made things sparkle in a short amount of time. The flooring sub-contractor, Carpets Unlimited, were equally skilled and efficient with their part of the job - great transformation. And, last but not least, the Boss - Chuck - stayed involved at all stages and ensured that we were happy with the progress and results. Great to work with a company that cares!…

About GuildQuality and our Guildmembers

Homebuilders, remodelers, real estate developers and home services companies pay GuildQuality for customer surveying and performance reporting. We refer to these companies as GuildQuality Members, Guildmembers, or members.

Our service helps Guildmembers monitor customer satisfaction and -- if they choose to publish survey feedback on our public website at guildquality.com -- articulate the quality of their service for prospective customers.

All of the Guildmember information we publish at guildquality.com has been provided to us either by the member (such as pictures of work and biographical information) or by their customers via one of our surveys (customer comments, performance summaries, and reviews).

Surveys, Comments and Reviews

All of the customer feedback that we publish is derived from the customers we survey. Our Guildmembers provide us with their customers' contact information, we conduct the surveys, they receive the feedback, and -- if they have chosen to make their feedback public -- the member's performance report is automatically updated to reflect the response. Members may choose to publish a summary of either all of their feedback or their most recent twelve months of feedback.

In addition to average performance ratings and survey statistics, GuildQuality also publishes two types of customer commentary: Comments and Reviews.

A comment has been provided by a survey respondent in response to any one of the survey questions we ask, and a member may or may not choose to publish it. Often customers provide unsolicited testimonials or compliments, and members can choose to share these comments in their published performance report.

Many Guildmembers choose to participate in our formal review process. These members have added an additional question on their survey: "If you'd like to provide a public review of your experience working with the Guildmember, please share it here." In contrast to comments, which a member selects to have published, we publish all reviews, provided they are at least 30 words long. With each review, we include a one to five star rating provided by the survey respondent.
