Absolutely! We had a minor water leak the first day of work that wasn't noticed when the carpenter finished for the day. When I came home from work and saw a water spot on my kitchen ceiling I knew there was a problem in the bathroom above where the rip out had begun. I called the NVS office (only phone number I had) and they had a plumber and the lead carpenter (not Chuck) out within 30 minutes. Problem solved!

We have dealt with many members of NVS - the initial salesman, the designer, the lead carpenter, as well as the president - and they have all been professional and a pleasure. We have recommended them to everyone who has admired our kitchen, and would love to use them again for future products.

From the beginning, everything was thoroughly explained andquestions answered. At the end of each work day, we werealways told what phase of the job was planned for tomorrow.

They have an organized step by step process. The salesman initailly came to our house to see the bathroom that neededrenovation. Then a team including the lead carpenter and supervisor came to our house a few days prior to the job starting.They are certainly accustomed to handling much larger projectsthan ours, but always excellent customer service and made surewe stayed informed and that the job was done well. One person did most of the work, but when plumbers or tile people came, the NVS person never left them unsupervised. The job was completed a day ahead of schedule and a team from management came to inspect the work before signing off.

They tie up all loose ends associated with a project in a timely manner. They are also responsive and easy to get a hold of if you have questions or issues. They are respectful of your house and try to minimize disruption during the project.I had a slight issue with a previous project and they came out almost a year later to fix it without any hassle or questions.
