Everyone involved (McCall's,contractors, Eddie, Shane, office staff) were always helpful, listened and responded in a manner that was "we want your house to be just right".We are very satisfied with our new home & our new neighborhood. if we ever built another house, it would be here again!

EVERYTHING!! I think my favorite is the design studio and Carolee's ability to help me choose things that I liked, keeping our budget in mind. Everytime we called with any questions, the entire staff was completely professional, and very helpful. We noticed a couple of minor things that needed to be fixed, and McCall was very responsive and got the corrections made immediately. On a scale of 1 - 10 my overall experience is rated at a 200!!! :)

With the planning process; very very impressed by their professionalism and their help in guiding me through that. It was a very pleasant experience.

I have been most satisfied with the quality backing that the McCalls give to each individual. We are all treated as individuals and they meet the wants and needs of each home buyer. Nothing here seems to be status quo. My husband and I have built 2 other homes before in California and McCall Homes is superb. They surpassed our hopes. I can't say enough about the McCall development. It is incredible. They back their word. Their work is backed by the McCall family 100%. If you have a problem you can call the office and their guy who takes warranty problems will talk to you that day and the problem is solved very quickly. If the general contractor can't take care of it that day they will look at it and come up with a solution. Their word is their bond which you don't find in home construction today.

I love so much about our neighborhood and home, it is hard to pick. As far as the house quality goes, the single greatest value was the trim carpentry - it makes the house look and feel perfect. The carpenter did an awesome job. We love the energy efficiency of our house. The house is excellent in almost every way. As far as working with McCall Homes, they went above and beyond to make our house perfect.

I have heard so many horror stories about others who build their own homes. This was not the case with McCall Homes. The entire experience was incredibly positive. The staff at McCall homes are friendly, curteous and professional. I am highly satisfied with the beginning, middle and end product!! We have a beautiful home to prove it!!

The McCalls made the design process fun and easy. We really appreciated having the resources and materials right there for us in the showroom and design gallery. Greg, Brad, and Carolee were all extremely knowledgeable about the design elements as well as the construction process, and we felt like we knew exactly what we were getting when we completed the process.
