We were very pleased with LeafGuard of North Georgia and the work they delivered. It was a great rate. The professionalism and service was outstanding. All of it was great.
I was most satisfied with how quickly they did the work and how professional they were. They cleaned up very well. I was very impressed with the installation crew.
They gave me a good price and a good value, and they did good work.
I was most satisfied that I don't have to take care of the gutters getting cleaned.
Leaf Guard has superseded all of my expectations, especially the fact that they offer a guarantee with the product. If for any reason they get clogged they 'll come out and clean them. How simple is that?
I loved all of it! Right down from Ray being knowledgeable and informing me of my choices, to his presentation about the gutters and the service. They had the gutter installation done in a couple of hours. I was impressed.
I work for Costco, so I tell everyone about Leaf Guard.
I absolutely have to give higher ratings than possible on everything because Leaf Guard has surpassed my expectations. At one point, the rain overshot the gutters, and it was fixed in no time.
They came out a did the work and cleaned up after themselves.
I was most satisfied with their promptness and honesty.
The product is pricey. I think it will be worth in the long run though. At least I don't have to get up there to clean out my gutters anymore.
They did what they said they would do. There weren't any problems with it when it rained the next day. I have a trust in them, which is why I hired them. Those little things aren't that much of a big deal considering everything.
The guys who did the installation introduced themselves, but then they didn't bother me at all. They cleaned up very well.
The service was good. The sales representative was knowledgeable and gave me all the facts as well as honest answers to my questions. I was pleased with how well he explained everything. He told me what I would need for my roof. I would recommend Leaf Guard to anyone who needed some gutters
They did everything here on site, and I liked that. They brought everything to my home and I didn't have to go to the office..
Heavier duty materials used than most gutter companies and single piece construction that didn't require lifting my shingles from the roof to install make this a good product. They were also the only company of the many I interviewed that noticed I needed another downspout on a long stretch of gutter from where one had been removed during a rennovation.
Customer service and response. I like getting a real person on the phone.

Responded to my phone call very quickly and sent crew out to resolve the bit of extra sophet board replacement in a timely fashion.
Was very pleased that even the mess that fell out of the old gutters was gone leaving not trace when they finished!
The installation crew were nice and couldn't be any more efficient. They were on site when they said they would be. They installed it in 2.5 hours instead of 3. I am very satisfied.
I purchased LeafGuaer in Seattle Wa.. Was pleased with how they worked with me. It was different here in Ga.. They did what they normally do on a job without the homeowners input.
I was most satisfied with the salesman. There was no high pressure or anything like that.
I'm very glad that I've had this installation made. I believe it is going to relieve me of the constant concern that I may have a gutter stopped up by wet leaves that may be causing some damage to my house. I've had that experience in the past.
I was satisfied in all phases of it. I called them and they came right out, and they were able to install them very soon.
They are a very professional outfit. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
Everything was very upfront and professional. They did a good job. The actual proposal and sales presentation was nice. They didn't try to change anything on us.
I am completely satisfied with the way it looks. I can't think of anything that they could do to improve what they do.
I did my home work; and Mr. Rogers knows his job and his product.
I thought that the crew was very professional and they did the job very timely. They didn't waste any time. They did a very professional job of it. Everything went together as planned. I have no complaints.

Homebuilders, remodelers, real estate developers and home services companies pay GuildQuality for customer surveying and performance reporting. We refer to these companies as GuildQuality Members, Guildmembers, or members.
Our service helps Guildmembers monitor customer satisfaction and -- if they choose to publish survey feedback on our public website at guildquality.com -- articulate the quality of their service for prospective customers.
All of the Guildmember information we publish at guildquality.com has been provided to us either by the member (such as pictures of work and biographical information) or by their customers via one of our surveys (customer comments, performance summaries, and reviews).
All of the customer feedback that we publish is derived from the customers we survey. Our Guildmembers provide us with their customers' contact information, we conduct the surveys, they receive the feedback, and -- if they have chosen to make their feedback public -- the member's performance report is automatically updated to reflect the response. Members may choose to publish a summary of either all of their feedback or their most recent twelve months of feedback.
In addition to average performance ratings and survey statistics, GuildQuality also publishes two types of customer commentary: Comments and Reviews.
A comment has been provided by a survey respondent in response to any one of the survey questions we ask, and a member may or may not choose to publish it. Often customers provide unsolicited testimonials or compliments, and members can choose to share these comments in their published performance report.
Many Guildmembers choose to participate in our formal review process. These members have added an additional question on their survey: "If you'd like to provide a public review of your experience working with the Guildmember, please share it here." In contrast to comments, which a member selects to have published, we publish all reviews, provided they are at least 30 words long. With each review, we include a one to five star rating provided by the survey respondent.
It is important to note that GuildQuality does not endorse the qualifications of any company. We make no predictions, warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, about the quality of any work a company on this website may provide. GuildQuality does not accept any liability whatsoever for any harm that might result from any statements presented on this website.
Prospective customers should weigh a multitude of factors when choosing the right building company, and never depend on a single source when making their decision to purchase a home or hire a contractor.
