It's a quality product. Overall, the experience was very positive.

We already had LeafGuard gutter guards installed years ago. We found out that James was the one who consulted us all those years ago. So I was cleaning the gutters on the garage that was built about five years ago, and it has no screens on it. We thought enough was enough, we were tired of cleaning it. So we called the original LeafGuard consultant, James on a Sunday afternoon. They said they would send someone immediately. They came out by that next Tuesday. By the following Tuesday new screens were being put on our garage. Because of the warranty on our sun room, they only put the screens. Still, we have no complaints. That's why we called. We won't live without LeafGuard again.

I was most satisfied with the actual installation of the gutters. The two guys that came out were so professional. It was unbelievable. We had issues with our neighbor not wanting the ladders on his property. They handled that well and were very professional and did a wonderful job of installing the gutters.

The installation crew were great. We had lousy weather during the job and they were very professional. The salesman was also professional and explained every detail.

The personnel were fantastic. On the day of the installation we had wind advisories and winds up to 50-70 mph. The guys were up on ladders, and it was ice cold and rainy. I didn't hear one single complaint at all from either of the gentlemen. They had to wait 2.5 hours for the other truck to arrive because of a miscommunication. I went out and checked on them a few times, and not a single negative was spoken about their company. I was a union president and a teacher, and I was amazed by how positive these men were because I've heard a lot of complaints over the years. I think it all started with Mr. McBride. He was very positive, and he didn't put any pressure on me. His presentation was very informative. What really sold me was that he came and had three pages, in tiny font, of names and addresses and installment dates of Leaf Guard projects, and having been a teacher I recognized most of the names. Looking at the dates of installation, it was anything from something that had been installed a month ago or ten years ago. That speaks to the longevity and the satisfaction of the project. Michael was very informative. If his presentation hadn't been as positive as it was I wouldn't have bit right away.
