We were looking for a contractor that would think outside the box and listen to our desires. We feel that we really got that. Jeff Sowder was very good about checking with us about decisions and excellent at keeping us on track with decisions that needed to be made. Changes that needed to be made were taken in stride. Things that were new to him were researched and taken on with great success. We definitely saw a pride in a job well done.

Jeff really strives for perfection. We had an issue with the sealant chipping off of our driveway and he noticed it and called the subcontractor to rectify the situation before WE even noticed a problem. We are so thankful that we had him for our dream home!
