We really liked the way Jackson operates since it results in an efficient process and the client knows what's going on all the time. The client is given pictures and/or the names of materials selected so there are no surprises along the way, especially when one may not see the final product for a few months. I was especially impressed with how fast change orders and requests/suggestions were dealt with, usually the same day or no later than one day.I'd also like to commend Rosella, the designer. Sometimes their work is overshadowed by the actual construction job so I'd like to mention that working with her was a real pleasure -- she was great!
