    Our experience with Jackson was very positive in all respects. Their customer service was stellar which, in this day and age, is unusual. We especially appreciated the job superintendant, Joe Sharimitaro. He held our hand through the whole process, was very responsive to our questions and concerns, and had a good atitude. I would highly recommend this company. Many of our friends are doing remodeling projects and have experienced frustration. They were impressed with the experience we enjoyed.
