I would absolutely hire J D Coussens to do some work again, but if they are going to use same subcontractors I wouldn't recommend them ever again. Lee does excellent work and so does Keith, but I was very disappointed with the subcontractors.

J D Coussens was only hired to build the shell, Carl was finishing the inside himself. He asked for some names of subs which I gave him. He and the dry wallers had a falling out, about time and money. I had nothing to do with it so there wasn't much I could do to solve the problem. Lesson learned, we don't give out names anymore unless we are going to do the job.

I enjoyed my experience with their designer, Jen Peters. Her design work was phenomenal. Their suggestions to better the organization of the kitchen and overall design of my home was perfect. They are coming back soon to replace my front door and I am looking forward to that.

Jennifer designed the kitchen and extra living area we had always dreamed of. She and Jerry provided us with options that were within our budget. She helped us throughout the remodel with addtional design and color options. Our production manager Keith keep us informed of what steps were going to be completed next and when. He quickly resolved any problems that we noticed without hesitation. Keith was always available when we needed to ask questions for any reasons. Our carpenters Mark and Monty were wonderful. They paid attention to detail and their work is exceptional. Over all I would highly recommend JD Coussens to all for their remodel needs. Thanks for our dream kitchen and family room.

About GuildQuality and our Guildmembers

Homebuilders, remodelers, real estate developers and home services companies pay GuildQuality for customer surveying and performance reporting. We refer to these companies as GuildQuality Members, Guildmembers, or members.

Our service helps Guildmembers monitor customer satisfaction and -- if they choose to publish survey feedback on our public website at guildquality.com -- articulate the quality of their service for prospective customers.

All of the Guildmember information we publish at guildquality.com has been provided to us either by the member (such as pictures of work and biographical information) or by their customers via one of our surveys (customer comments, performance summaries, and reviews).

Surveys, Comments and Reviews

All of the customer feedback that we publish is derived from the customers we survey. Our Guildmembers provide us with their customers' contact information, we conduct the surveys, they receive the feedback, and -- if they have chosen to make their feedback public -- the member's performance report is automatically updated to reflect the response. Members may choose to publish a summary of either all of their feedback or their most recent twelve months of feedback.

In addition to average performance ratings and survey statistics, GuildQuality also publishes two types of customer commentary: Comments and Reviews.

A comment has been provided by a survey respondent in response to any one of the survey questions we ask, and a member may or may not choose to publish it. Often customers provide unsolicited testimonials or compliments, and members can choose to share these comments in their published performance report.

Many Guildmembers choose to participate in our formal review process. These members have added an additional question on their survey: "If you'd like to provide a public review of your experience working with the Guildmember, please share it here." In contrast to comments, which a member selects to have published, we publish all reviews, provided they are at least 30 words long. With each review, we include a one to five star rating provided by the survey respondent.
