They provided a good assessment of the problem, and an effective repair. I am a fully satisfied client, and would highly recommend them to others.

They provided a good assessment of the problem, and an effective repair. I am a fully satisfied client, and would highly recommend them to others.
I just had a great experience with them, and I will recommend them to anyone. I will definitely be calling them again.
They were wonderful to work with and I would hire them again at any time. They were professional, cleaned up after themselves, payed attention to detail, and got the job done.
I would certainly recommend them for any project that you are considering. They are extremely honest, very well meaning, and hardworking, and they always complete the project in a satisfactory manner.
I've done a few projects with them - an elevator, a kitchen, and handyman services - and they are absolutely wonderful. They really are a part of my life. If I need a repairman, I call them.
We were very pleased that when we called to get a part of the job rechecked that someone came out quickly and was able to deal with the problem.
I'm a very happy customer and the people they sent were outstanding - they did outstanding work. It was a pleasant experience, I would never call anybody else but this company.
The roofer was efficient and comprehensive in looking over the roof and found quite a few problems to repair.
I was impressed with the cooperation of the worker, and the interest he showed.
We found H&P very helpful with the selection process, especially with regards to the finishes for our masterbathroom. Special thanks to Lea Allen.
Joe Leonard and his team were great in keeping costs in line with your extensively negotiated budget. Any additional costs were due to decisions that we made during the project. There we absolutely no surprises.
I appreciated the expertise, advise and suggestions, and courtesy of both of the handymen who worked on my home.
They are highly professional and have a high level of skill. Hopkins & Porter Handymen's subcontractors are very professional. The project leader was also very talented and skilled. I was highly satisfied with the work that they completed on our home.
I was highly satisfied with the attention to detail and the skill level of all of the subcontractors.
It was a complicated job. The handymen knew how to handle it.
All H&P staff were very professional and polite throughout the process. The workmanship was strong and quality materials were used. We are generally pleased with the overall design and final execution. I would be more inclined to recommend H&P to friends had the estimated nine week project not been delayed for six weeks from the date of contract signing and then take another three months to complete. We did not have a clear start and substantial completion date in our contract and this may have impacted how our project was prioritized. There were also some dimension glitches that could have been identified earlier in the process thereby reducing on-site issues/delays.
Dear Valued customer - We appreciate your constructive input. We recognize that we failed you on several fronts, from confusion around the initial start date to persistent problems with the delivery of incorrect material and the dimension glitches you mention. Most of these could have been avoided, and we apologize for the inconvenience that this caused you. We have already done a debriefing of your project with our team analyzing what went wrong. We intend to use this to improve our service going forward, and we look forward to serving you better in the warranty stage of our relationship. Thank you again for your patience and honest input.
Nick Linbergh has done many projects for me and is very professional in what he does. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again. He represents Hopkins & Porter in a very positive way so that I can put trust in the company and especially him. I feel I would not be cheated or run around.
promptness, high quality, reasonable price
I like Dan. He's knowledgeable, skilled and confident. What any client calling in a handyman would want.
Overall, we have been extremely pleased with Hopkins & Proter to date. We especially like the weekly updates from the Project Manager.
Our new master bathroom fits our home, our style and most importantly our family life. It helps to keep things organized and is such a pleasant, peaceful room to be in that everyone wants a turn in it. We love the work that Hopkins and Porter did for us.
They were highly responsive. Whenever I called, they sent someone by very quickly.
THE HANDYMAN WHO HANDLED OUR WORK WAS MORE THAN COMPETENT (HE HAD MANY YEARS EXPERIENCE IN CARPENTRY AND IT SHOWED!), OFFERED USEFUL SUGGESTIONS, KEPT ME WELL- INFORMED ABOUT ANY DELAYS OR POTENTIAL BUDGET CHANGES (IN THE EVENT, THERE WERE NONE - HE ACTUALLY SAVED US MONEY!).
I am extremely pleased and would recommend them to anyone.
The courtesy, the competence, the efficiency, and the general comfort level in working with the office and the handyman was just about perfect.
The cost of everything is top cost, but the look and service was superior and I believe I got my money's worth or service.
They came back quickly to address and issue that wasn't done to the real estate agents satisfation
responsiveness,professionalism, quality of work
They were terrific, I have recommended them to my sister and she is using them now. I will definitely have them back to do some work when I need it. Just terrific. great!
This is our first experience with home improvement and we researched several firms before deciding on H & P. We have been very impressed with the quality of their work. They have been very considerate of our needs. They don't cut corners and use quality materials. Our construction foreman (lead carpenter) and our architect have been outstanding to work with. We have been very satisfied with their work thus far.

Homebuilders, remodelers, real estate developers and home services companies pay GuildQuality for customer surveying and performance reporting. We refer to these companies as GuildQuality Members, Guildmembers, or members.
Our service helps Guildmembers monitor customer satisfaction and -- if they choose to publish survey feedback on our public website at guildquality.com -- articulate the quality of their service for prospective customers.
All of the Guildmember information we publish at guildquality.com has been provided to us either by the member (such as pictures of work and biographical information) or by their customers via one of our surveys (customer comments, performance summaries, and reviews).
All of the customer feedback that we publish is derived from the customers we survey. Our Guildmembers provide us with their customers' contact information, we conduct the surveys, they receive the feedback, and -- if they have chosen to make their feedback public -- the member's performance report is automatically updated to reflect the response. Members may choose to publish a summary of either all of their feedback or their most recent twelve months of feedback.
In addition to average performance ratings and survey statistics, GuildQuality also publishes two types of customer commentary: Comments and Reviews.
A comment has been provided by a survey respondent in response to any one of the survey questions we ask, and a member may or may not choose to publish it. Often customers provide unsolicited testimonials or compliments, and members can choose to share these comments in their published performance report.
Many Guildmembers choose to participate in our formal review process. These members have added an additional question on their survey: "If you'd like to provide a public review of your experience working with the Guildmember, please share it here." In contrast to comments, which a member selects to have published, we publish all reviews, provided they are at least 30 words long. With each review, we include a one to five star rating provided by the survey respondent.
It is important to note that GuildQuality does not endorse the qualifications of any company. We make no predictions, warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, about the quality of any work a company on this website may provide. GuildQuality does not accept any liability whatsoever for any harm that might result from any statements presented on this website.
Prospective customers should weigh a multitude of factors when choosing the right building company, and never depend on a single source when making their decision to purchase a home or hire a contractor.
