HPS was very effective in explaining the processes they used for their energy audits and the rationale for recommending what level of audit was required. They provided timely responses to my questions and informed me prior to the audit what I would like have to spend to improve my home's energy efficiency. During the audit, Marty spent time explaining what he was finding and educating me on my appliances and other problems I might be facing. He did not try to oversell his company's services and was honest about the amount of time it would likely take to realize a return on the investment I am about to make. My interactions with HPS staff were professional and helpful. I have no reservations recommending them to others.

They used the infrared camera, and that was incredibly educational. Also, the thing where they suck air out of your house, that was educational as well. It was interesting to see that there were even some in light sockets.

The whole order process was very thorough and professional.
Marty was extremely thorough and helpful in helping me understand, not only the big changes that we could make, but small changes we could make for a safe, energy efficient home. It wasn't like dealing with a pushy salesman. You can tell he is on neutral ground and does an amazing job of answering every question in as much detail as possible.
I felt like the explanation and walk through afterward was very clear with a lot of detail. He really took the time to explaine everything and would explain things in less complicated terms if needed.

It makes a huge difference when your project manager comes out and actually does the work. You know there are not gonna be any misunderstandings or mess-ups because of communication through the installation crew. I don't know if Adam does that all the time, but that was a major plus.
