It is wonderful to work with people who are more of a perfectionist than I am.

Everyone that is associated with HartmanBaldwin is exceptionally kind, caring, professional individuals. The remodel is beautiful and because of them it was painless. They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of during the remodel. We can't thank them enough!!!

A remodel project is never easy I guess but with HB and this bathroom project, like the living/dining room project 20 years ago and the kitchen/music studio project 4 years ago, we find the entire process manageable and enjoyable. We learn lots in the process and meet wonderful people. Part of what makes it "easy" for us, I guess, is the fact that we trust HB to come up with a beautiful design and to do all of the construction the right way, taking no short-cuts and not calling any step in the building process complete until it meets their very high standards. We have friends who have had serious trouble with their remodel projects -- there's nothing easy about fixing such difficulties.

With emails and weekly meetings, we feel very comfortable knowing where we are, what's coming next, etc.

I'm amazed at the breadth and depth of knowledge -- from technical details to design. It is gratifying to see the exchanges with Tom Trautmann in our weekly meetings -- both clearly respect the other's knowledge and as a team, they come up with marvelous solutions to issues that arise. As with our earlier HB projects, it is wonderful to be a part of such conversations and see the project progress and evolve. We LOVE it!

We expect great things from HartmanBaldwin and with our current project, once again they exceed our expectations. We have worked with three different HB teams over the years -- all of them dedicated to solving horrible house problems that we provide. The solutions are beautiful and every step of the design/build process has been exciting, inspirational, and fun. They are most generous with the workshops and showcases -- very helpful. Plus we love meeting the HB "extended family"!

Troy and Jesse are excellent in working with us as client partners.They are always available by phone or in person.Their knowledge, building skills, thoroughness, patience, and friendliness are the H-B standard that bring us back to the company for our most important home projects.

H-B is excellent is this regard. If there is a problem, you can count on Bill and his team to make it right. Even after project completion(and final payment), H-B will return when needed to correct or repair/improve.

Now that our remodel is done, we are thrilled and delighted with the results. Masterful esthetically and ergonomically. All these wonderful people showed up to transform our home and win our complete trust over the last few months. It wasn't a dream. It's true. Our home is now our castle. And we are secure in the knowledge that Hartman Baldwin has had our best interests at heart since the beginning of this project, and will continue to do so in the future. Like we said in September's survey: Everyone. No exceptions. You are all exceptionally professional, courteous, respectful, communicative, talented and masterful. The whole, in this case, is much greater than the sum of the parts; and the parts are all individually exceptional in every way.

They've all been just super. The carpenters Jeffy and Mark are wonderful, and Reg is great. Overall, it's a great experience.

The whole team was exceptional. Mark Ashworthy, Reg Abersek, Alan Suckley, Garrett and Obi did an exceptional job.

We feel we have received exceptional service from everyone involved in remodeling of our condo in San Clemente.We have worked with HartmanBaldwin since 1993 ,\.This is our third project and if we were to have another one it would be HartmanBladwin.

Mark and Garrett have been great to work with on a daily basis. They are always willing to answer questions, have kept us up to the minute with progress, and very responsible and helpful. Reg is absolutely on top of everything, we have no clue how he remembers so much!We continue to be very impressed with our expert construction crew. Thanks guys!

Early in the process (design, selection of materials, etc.) though we are, Hartman Baldwin has thoroughly won us over. It is totally obvious that you all love what you do and are very, very good at it. We have to pinch ourselves to make sure we aren't dreaming. With a couple of previous remodeling nightmares under our belts, we finally happened upon Hartman Baldwin. If this is a dream, please do not wake us up!

It's been a wonderful experience.

Reg has been there for us whenever we needed anything. I could text or e-mail him any time and get a quick response. Love his sense of humor.
