Next installed our Marvin windows in upper and lower stories of our home. We were completely satisfied with their service at the store and with the installers. They were clean, polite, considerate people. The carpentry work was excellent and we would recommend them to everyone.

A rep was not on site the day the door was installed (June 22) and we were not contacted after the door was installed. We contacted Pete he came out (week and a half later). It was determined that the sidelight was not the correct color and that somebody would be out to paint the sidelight. No one came out after one week so we called again. Painter came to the house on Thursday July 14 (email that was sent to Pete: we are not happy with his work. It's streaky and you can still see the old color, looks like a second coat is needed. Are we suppose to do the second coat? He did leave a can of paint. There is a black strip at the bottom of the side light that now has paint on it and you can see where the painter missed some spots right above the black strip. It looks like he didn't tape it off. I'm sorry but for the price that we paid for this door and the problem with the wrong color being used for the side light I don't think we should have to put a second coat on the side light. The work that was done yesterday in my opinio should look as good as the original color (which was the wrong color) did. Is the paint that was left suppose to match the trim around the door? The reason I'm asking is because we noticed some scratches on the trim that we would like to touch up.)We told that somebody would be out . Sent another email on July 27th because we hadn't seen or heard from the painter. Bob called Pete on 7/30 to find out where the painter was. Pete sent an email to Mike.Mike showed up on Wednesday, August 3rd. When he did show up he mentioned that due to the weather he wasn't able to come to the house to paint. Would have been nice to receive a phone call letting us know.

Our service helps Guildmembers monitor customer satisfaction and -- if they choose to publish survey feedback on our public website at guildquality.com -- articulate the quality of their service for prospective customers.
All of the Guildmember information we publish at guildquality.com has been provided to us either by the member (such as pictures of work and biographical information) or by their customers via one of our surveys (customer comments, performance summaries, and reviews).
All of the customer feedback that we publish is derived from the customers we survey. Our Guildmembers provide us with their customers' contact information, we conduct the surveys, they receive the feedback, and -- if they have chosen to make their feedback public -- the member's performance report is automatically updated to reflect the response. Members may choose to publish a summary of either all of their feedback or their most recent twelve months of feedback.
In addition to average performance ratings and survey statistics, GuildQuality also publishes two types of customer commentary: Comments and Reviews.
A comment has been provided by a survey respondent in response to any one of the survey questions we ask, and a member may or may not choose to publish it. Often customers provide unsolicited testimonials or compliments, and members can choose to share these comments in their published performance report.
Many Guildmembers choose to participate in our formal review process. These members have added an additional question on their survey: "If you'd like to provide a public review of your experience working with the Guildmember, please share it here." In contrast to comments, which a member selects to have published, we publish all reviews, provided they are at least 30 words long. With each review, we include a one to five star rating provided by the survey respondent.
