Everyone that we've dealt with has been extremely nice and knowledgeable. I believe Phil came out to look at our windows, he helped a lot. We currently live next door to the model home and we've had a few questions about the community because we are not from here. Nick and Tommy did an exceptional job in the sales department and always addressed our issues as soon as possible. Nick seemed to always be available at the drop of a hat. Phillip did a great job at calling us every friday and telling us what was done on the house that week and the plans for the next week. This alleviated much stress during the building process.

Beth Williams has been excellent to work with resolving issues quickly and always following up to make sure work was completed satisfactorily.

The Villa Homes are perfect for couples who are looking to downsize and Southeastern is offering these quality homes at an affordable price in this market. We moved to Hendersonville because we were unable to find smaller homes in nice areas and at a reasonable price in South Nashville where we have lived for 25+ years. However, we love Hendersonville and very excited about the move.

Phillip... He is very knowledgeable, polite and very easy to work with. He is dependable and I would recommend Southeastern to friends because of his ability to communicate and works very hard to resolve any problems that may occur.

We love our new home and plan never to move again. Our family and friends who didn't want us to move from our old home now love this home even better. We are hoping that we can get some to join us.We were so impressed with the way Southeastern handled the closing on our home.
