We were concerned about costs. Their estimates were pretty accurate. When we decided to change our minds on a few things like appliances and the kind of bathtub we were going to put in, they were really good at recalculating those differences and keeping us within our budget.

The electrical work, the kitchen remodeling, and the bathroom remodeling were the most satisfying parts of my experience. We had knob and tube wiring so they had to tear out all this old dangerous wiring.

They didn't fall short. They actually exceeded. We had a good recommendation on them before we hired them. They are probably the best in the business, as far as I can tell.

It was more involved than I thought. They were really good all the way around.

Our property had a limited allotment for adding a garage. Degnan offered to appeal to the city for an easement but through designing it in a different way that problem was solved.

When we asked about an element of improvement, we were given a list of several options/alternatives for completion with their expected expenses and benefits/concerns were discussed. Often the suggestions were better than our original requests. They worked with us to get the best final results.

And during the actual construction work, Anrhony explained each main step of the process, answering any questions that we had. The work area was always kept neat, clean and safe at the end of each day.
