FBN has done a number of projects for us starting in 1994 from a larger kitchen project to smaller ones. Their perfectionism in making sure that the job is done right with highest quality materials and subcontractors and attention to daily cleanup and minimizing mess in the rest of the house stand out . They also are mindful of our budget when selecting materials and other options. We will never consider having anyone else work on our home.

The company is first rate! Philip Mills treated the job as if he was working on his own house. He's a great problem solver and has a lot of energy. Dani Toole was very easy to work with. Her project development and budget explanations were very understandable and thorough. Everyone at the company works very hard, are very talented and committed. The subcontractors are first rate, too.

the daily presence of the PM was the key to the success of our project. He and management were easy to reach by phone when necessary and they responded to each and every request with attention to detail.

Our schedule was a very tight and difficult one with many trades coming and going and FBN did an exceptional job managing the project hitting the target date with success.

Bob remained calm under all circumstances, resolved conflicts skillfully, particularly good at handling us when we were upset about something or other. Great follow thru on questions of any type, scheduling matters, etc. We genuinely enjoyed working with both Steve and Bob.
