The sales representative far exceeded any expectations that I had. The windows were ordered and received on time and the three gentleman who came to install the windows knew exactly what they were doing. The windows themselves were huge hurricane glass windows, and though they struggled to get them installed they did a spectacular job.
Installation was done with great knowledge and care. Kept the house clean through a messy project and James was great to work with.

I am very happy with my entire experience with FAS Windows and Doors. Dave Meyer, the salesman, was not pushy with the process but very knowledgable. The Windows went exactly as scheduled and looks better than I expected. The fit was perfect and looks like it was installed when the house was built.

From the time the sales guy visited to the completion of the project, the whole experience was great. As a UK resident with a vacation home in Florida, I didn't really know how things would go, but I had no need to worry. Everybody who has visited my home has been blown away with the look of the products, particularly the sliding doors.
The scheduling was really good and so was the followup. When I did ask a question, they did everything they could to get me an answer.
The inspector who came out said that the job was obviously done by a very professional company.

I couldn't believe how clean they kept the house throughout the installation!
They had the best installer. I've done a lot to my home in the past few months, and he was the best contractor that has stepped foot in my house. From the small stuff to the big stuff, he was great.
I would like to recognize Homer, my installer. He had to go through a lot to install the doors. He did an excellent job, and stuck with it. There was one problem, but it wasn't his fault. It took five days to install five doors. He handled everything.
Great crew and very perfessional and respectful and personable. Would recommend them to anyone.
They're a good, reputable company. The building inspector said it was one of the best contract companies in central Florida. I'm happy.

I think the experience was a very good experience. I think they were very professional. The installers were the most polite and honest people that we have ever had work in our house.
James, the installer, really did a superb job. He went above and beyond. Scott, the salesman, was very understanding and knowledgeable. I think that James had a good crew.

From my initial contact with FAS Windows and Doors to the completion of the job, everything was done accordingly. The expectation of what was going to transpire from demolition to completion was explained exactly. It was executed exactly as it was explained. Whatever possible things might go wrong would have been addressed, but nothing did go wrong. They arrived on time, and they said it would take 1-2 days. The expectation was going to be the better part of 2 days, and it was. The job site was clean the next day like they had never been there. It just went perfectly. It's just one of those things. I also got follow-up from the company to be sure I was satisfied, and then I got a second call to make absolutely sure. I can't even think of where it could have been better. Everything looks perfect. It's fantastic. We're very, very satisfied, and I would call them again in a minute.
Everyone, from the person who set up the inspection, to Dan, who did an outstanding job showing the job, to Jeff the installation guy, who was very accommodating, did an exceptional job. It could not have gone better. I have a funny feeling you guys do a particularly job all the time.
It couldn't have been better even if I'd done it myself. You guys did a great job from initial contact through to completion. I'm hard to please. I don't give high marks to anybody, but you guys get the top marks in my book. No matter where I go these days, whether it's for my car or air conditioning unit, service is terrible everywhere--but you guys did outstanding.

Everything was wonderful, they service was good, everyone was real nice about it. They came out and inspected it, did the job right, everything was kept clean, and the windows were done perfectly.
Keith provided exceptional service - and there were a bunch of others, Tammy was very nice, and the people at the showroom were really nice. I would give everybody an A+.
