This is our third project with Exovations (we've replaced windows, added gutters and now replaced a roof on homes we own) and we've had positive experiences every time. For the high quality of workmanship that Exovations provides, their price is very fair. We would not hesitate to use Exovations again in the future.
I initially contacted Exovations nearly two-and-a-half years ago. During that time my sales representative was very patient with me and provided me with all of the information I requested in whatever format I requested it in. After evaluating many quotes from many suppliers and many products, we decided to go with the turnkey solution that Exovations provided. Having a project manager to bring any issues up with was great. We didn't have any issues with any of the subcontractors, and they were all quite professional and very competent. We are thrilled to be living in a house that is essentially brand new on the outside.

Exovations was very professional while dealing with our replacement picture window. They had a very competitive quote. The installation was timely and professional. We are very pleased and would recommend them to anyone.
Exovations replaced the siding on our home as well as 90% of the windows and put on new gutters. They installed stone on 3 sides of the house. Their material selections were premium grade. The installers are very professional and courteous. They did an excellent overall job. I highly recommend their services. In spite of the weather, the job was completed in faster time than allocated. It completely changed the appearance of the home and increased the value considerably.

Exovations exceeded our expectations and captured our vision for the changes we wanted for our house. Everyone was very professional and trustworthy. It's a great value for the money.
My recommendation is (as with any home improvement project) to review prices. It's wise to obtain comps and willing to question prices if they don't sound right. Also, it's wise to education yourself on the work being done to ensure it being done according to your contract and keep an eye on the subs to ensure they are performing the work (with the correct materials specified). Overall I received a good job but I'm confident it's because I watched closely throughout the process and escalated those concerns I had to the project manager. Maintaining good communication is essential.
Excellent communication with both Joy and Jim. Questions were answered in a prompt and efficient manner. Job site was cleaned and maintained each day. The agreed schedule was met each day that we did not have a torrential downpour of rain. Would highly recomment.
The Exovation team was amazing to work with. They went the extra yard when compared to other renaovators that I worked with in the past & those that were bidding for this job. Their team was coordinated they met with us & went over the project a few times before beginning work. Most important when they finished everything was cleaned up. They checked to make sure I was satisfied after the project was complete.
Good quality fixed pane windows with a solid warranty. But poor execution in work scheduling, poor quality of workmanship, and mis-information prevents me from recommending Exovations. Try another company.
This is our second experience with Exovations. Five years ago they painted the house and did an excellent job of replacing chimney siding. The present job involved painting soffits and painting windows having to remove and replace the storm windows. Also all the shutters were painted. Excellent work and good people. Many had worked on the previous job. Obviously, a stable company with a reliable work force. The neighbors noticed the good work and we highly recommend Exovations.Charles F.
I do not wish for any personal info to appear but my comments are permitted. The project manager was never present to oversee the work of his crews. My understanding was that he would be present at least at the end of each phase for his Quality Inspection. The paint crew did a poor job. I had to do the work of the project manager multiple times, pointing paint defects, missed areas and other items. The 'pre-paint prep' work was unsatisfactory and not done to the extent promissed. The painters decided to paint during heavy winds, resulting in lots of trash in the paint. An attempt to correct the affected areas was made but the overall quality is still not what I expected. The project manager and paint crew was not professional. I was made to feel as if I was putting them out or being a burden when I pointed out items/issues/ concerns to them, again in the project manager's absence. The project manager 'Chris' was short and condescending with his responses to my problems. I'm not sure he understands exactly what his job is or the importance of the 'customer.' My landscaping was damaged - several broken bushes, stone fragments littering the lawn and lots of trash left behind. Overall, not what I was sold and not what I expected. I would not recommend Exovations to others.
Kim, the saleslady, was very nice, and professional. She answered all of our questions. The roof was done in a quality manner, on time, and we were very pleased with our roof.
The proof is in the pudding.........my home looks and feels brand new....it is fantastic. I love the entire new look of my home...new roof, new siding, new color, new windows...it is awesome! The neighbors keep walking by telling how beautiful it looks!
I have been called a $#@@(*))!! perfectionist by many people because of my insistance on quality workmanship. If called upon, I woul be willing to lead a constructional class on how to make a proper installation of replacement windows and how the finish work shoul be conducter to provide all customers complete satisfaction.

Exovations had done an excellent job employing the right people. All persons who worked in my home should be recognized for their talents.
Exovations stands behind their work 100%. We had a difficult to diagnose leak in our roof that they would not give up on. The siding and windows look and work great. They show up on time and get the work done.

We needed to replace our 25 year old screen porch and deck, Exovations worked with us to create a great looking project.The work progressed very well despite the occasional weather and when the job was done we had an amazing deck and screen porch. The workmanship and professionalism of the crew was great.We are going to be enjoying the addition for a long time.
I found Exovations to be an average to slightly above average contractor. The price was reasonable, and I did eventually get the items on the punch list that were specifically mentioned in the contract taken care of. Their workmen don't bring a lot of drama to the job, nor do they make a huge mess, but I advise ;earning as much as you can about the process and watching for shortcuts. It does look like they did a decent job and I don't anticipate major issues in the next few years.
Choosing vendors to work on your home can be a very complex process. I could not have been more pleased with the quality of work, and the professionalism of the team working on our home. I would refer them to any friend or family member.
We couldn't be happier with Exovations. We would strongly recommend them to anyone. If we ever have anything to build in the future, we would definitely use them again. Charlie and Brett were amazing and took great care of us.

The salesman, project manager, and carpenters at Exovations were excellent. The carpenters did an excellent job putting the project together. During the final walkthrough, the project manager found some problems that I didn't even notice and had them fixed.
Terry was great. Jim did an okay job too.Overall they did good outside of driving nails in my electrical wiring. They still haven't responded.
I was pleased from start to finish with Exovations, particularly with the work they did. They're a very professional, customer friendly organization. I would recommend them.

Homebuilders, remodelers, real estate developers and home services companies pay GuildQuality for customer surveying and performance reporting. We refer to these companies as GuildQuality Members, Guildmembers, or members.
Our service helps Guildmembers monitor customer satisfaction and -- if they choose to publish survey feedback on our public website at guildquality.com -- articulate the quality of their service for prospective customers.
All of the Guildmember information we publish at guildquality.com has been provided to us either by the member (such as pictures of work and biographical information) or by their customers via one of our surveys (customer comments, performance summaries, and reviews).
All of the customer feedback that we publish is derived from the customers we survey. Our Guildmembers provide us with their customers' contact information, we conduct the surveys, they receive the feedback, and -- if they have chosen to make their feedback public -- the member's performance report is automatically updated to reflect the response. Members may choose to publish a summary of either all of their feedback or their most recent twelve months of feedback.
In addition to average performance ratings and survey statistics, GuildQuality also publishes two types of customer commentary: Comments and Reviews.
A comment has been provided by a survey respondent in response to any one of the survey questions we ask, and a member may or may not choose to publish it. Often customers provide unsolicited testimonials or compliments, and members can choose to share these comments in their published performance report.
Many Guildmembers choose to participate in our formal review process. These members have added an additional question on their survey: "If you'd like to provide a public review of your experience working with the Guildmember, please share it here." In contrast to comments, which a member selects to have published, we publish all reviews, provided they are at least 30 words long. With each review, we include a one to five star rating provided by the survey respondent.
It is important to note that GuildQuality does not endorse the qualifications of any company. We make no predictions, warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, about the quality of any work a company on this website may provide.
