Our room addition exceeded our expectations. Kevin's crew and all third parties used or recommended were professional, friendly, courteous, and conducted themselves as guests in our home. The quality of materials and type of construction quoted was superior to other bids received while matching or bettering their quotes. They also provided great suggestions and solutions. This is the second time we've been pleased with Erdmann Construction.
Mike is a very talented carpenter and had some great design suggestions. Rob was a great liaison between us and Kevin.

We had numereous quotes on replacing our roof and gutters, many by companys who appeared to be fly by night or "storm chasers". When Martin from Erdmann Exterior Designs came to give us an estimate, he spent time going over all the job, by climbing on the roof and explaining all the areas of concern that were present. Having 5 skylights on our roof was a primary concern for having the job done right the first time. The materials quoted were of high quality, designed to last the legnth of time the 30 years shingles would. The day of the job, the workman arrived on time and quickly covered all plants and areas around the house with tarps. The workman were very experienced and finished the job expertly, with no residual materials left, a clean-up miracle.I would highly recommend Erdmann Exteriors for any home needing work done.

We were very pleased with the thoroughness and exceptional quality of the work of Erdmann Exterior designs. As a result of their work on not only replacing our shingles, correcting mold, venting and insulation issues we have realized a substantional savings in our energy bills. We would have no problem with giving Erdmann A 10 plus plus rating!
MArtin was very thorough in assessing the needs of our job. In the process of re shingling our house, he discovered several issues such as mold on the underside of the plywood decking, insuffient venting in the roof and the eaves and insufficient insulation in our attic. These were all missed or ignored by the roofing company that re shingled our house 8 years ago. We have already had a substantial savings in our air conditioning and heating bills since our job was completed
We told them what we wanted to do, and we weren't sure as far as how much of the project we were going to do this year, but there was no pressure and there were good ideas. I would recommend them to other people. His work always looked like it had his signature on it.
