We are most excited about the entire home. Having our own home is wonderful.

We picked Edge Homes because we got more for our money.

I was most satisfied with Todd (salesperson), he was on the ball and got back with answers to any questions we had. He is a great agent!

I like the style of the homes Edge Homes builds.

It started with the lot, but then as the building process went on, we were very impressed with everything. I used to work for a builder so I know that side of it, and I have to say I was very impressed with the whole set up of how you do things. We are so very happy with our home. I would highly reccomend Edge to friends or family without reservation.

Value, honesty, and presented information. There were no surprises or hidden aspects to the build.

Everyone we worked with rolled out the red carpet for us. Joel, Nate, Kim, Danielle, and Wade were all amazing. I could have sworn we were their only house, their very first customer. It was great.

Wade was fantastic! He was very friendly and great to work with. Even when he had to tell us No on a few things, he was honest, forthcoming, and at the same time courteous about it.

Danielle was wonderful to work with. She was very knowledgeable about the selections as options even as we threw her a few curve balls along the way.

Loved working with Kim! She continues to be great as we have questions that arise.

We chose Edge Homes over other builders because we liked our floor-plan. A lot of things were standard from Edge. Their starting out quality was a lot higher.

The area where I was most satisfied with Edge Homes was the quality of the home. We are very happy with it.

We can't recommend Edge Homes' highly enough. The experience was wonderful from the day we walked into the model, not even sure we wanted to build, until the day we moved in. We feel like we had a team of experts working just for us and we have a beautiful, well built home to show for it. We were made to feel like we were the most important clients Edge Homes' had. Hmmm, maybe we were! =)

The base price included upgrades for which other builders charge extra. More bang for our buck! Great floor plan and lot options. We don't feel like we live in a typical tract home neighborhood.

Everyone we dealt with was so very nice and accommodating. When something needed to be changed or fixed in the construction of the home it was done quickly and without drama. We were amazed at how available Nate and Jared were to answer our questions and address our concerns.

I am currently a loan processor for another lender and we still chose Edge Homes' lender because of the great rates and low fees. Jason was professional and fun to work with.

I used to be a construction loan processor so I've seen a lot of problems between builders and home buyers, but we went thru our whole process without a single problem that wasn't fixed immediately and above and beyond our expectations

Good base options, flexible floorplans, location, lot size.

Good people, really happy with "standard options". Happy that arched entries were an option at no extra cost. We like a lot of the little things.

Things were done very fast and they paid for our walk extension.

I am most satisfied with my floor plan, the design center lady, and the final product.

We really love all the space we have, and the rambler floor plan (moving from a 2-story) and the area.

We loved the model home at Lafeyette, especially the kitchen, and liked the open floor plan. Compared to existing and new homes we were looking at we couldn't get the size of home on the size of lot that we could with Edge in Lafeyette. We really loved the area out in Herriman as well.

It was in the area we wanted and also it was less expensive for nice looking homes.

Jared always got right back to us with questions and concerns.

I like being in a new home and not having a fixer upper.

I thought they were a good value for my money.

I'm excited about not only just the storage space, since there's a ton of closet space, but the open living area and the kitchen is also fabulous.

Their houses were fabulous. They were cute and different, and it was good quality and a good price.
