Where tweaking was needed, he did so without my request or prompting makiing it more than right. Even working with new products Troy and Ken were efficient and skilled in executing the work. They always maintained a pleasant environment making every effort to keep me informed and deliver the best experience possible. Where subs were used, the ongoing relationship between DreamMaker staff and those doing the specialty work was obvious and the work first rate.
