Jerry - he did a great job with the tile; really the entire job. Communicated well and asked layout/design questions beforehand. Extremely pleased with his work

The salesmen Lee, was really good at picking up intuitively on what we wanted even thought we didn't know what to ask for. The site manager, Mark was responsive to questions and kept things rolling. The carpenter and "do it all guy" was awesome as well. He came in every day and knew exactly what he was doing. He was working around a two month old, and the baby didn't even notice him.

I would like to recognize everyone that we dealt with at DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen Ann Arbor for their exceptional service. Everyone was terrific to work with. Lee Willwerth and Jerry, the head construction guy was wonderful to work with.

On the management side, Bob Ender was fantastic to work with. He was both highly detailed and creative. He spent the time necessary to fully understand our needs and wants and find appropriate solutions. More over, he was a genuine and trust worthy guide in the entire process. As an on-site project lead, Jeff's patience and skill were truly appreciated. Jeff and the entire crew earned trust and respect from our family.

Using the Yellow Pages, we had made contact with several other companies before coming to DreamMaker. Our first contact with Bob Ender convinced us that this was the company with which we wanted to work.

Bob and Mark are both extremely competent in their areas --true professionals who obviously care about the quality of their work. Bob took seriously the idea that we wanted to make utilitarian use out of every inch of available kitchen space and engineered an alternative that was brilliant and then Mark beautifully executed the plan.The crew was so cordial and dedicated to doing great work.

The entire process was well organized and easy. Everything was planned prior to starting and took the expected amount of time. The workers were courteous and professionl. They took care not to damage anything and made sure things were clean when the left.

No other vendors we pursued at all provided the complete package of full design and implementation. Additionally Bob went out of the way to design a solution in limited space in our master bath that no others would even touch!

Lee, the project manager, was great to work with. Always answered my questions and tried to solve any problems efficiently and effectively. All the workers were very prompt and tried to be on schedule as much as possible, too. I would recommend them to anyone who wants as little stress as possible with remodeling.

Our carpenter, Mitchell, was very thorough and did an excellent job plus was easy to work with. Bob Ender, our designer, was very helpful and was easy to work with. Bob had good ideas and made sure the project was done correctly.

We love our bathrooms and Mitch was really nice and always went out of his way to get everything done in a professional manner and lee was very concerned and attentive.

When you hire people to come to your home, It's a very personal experience because it's your home. It's not cheap but the total cost was worth it because of their business approach. It was enough for me to pay for the materials and workmanship and be satisfied but this group went beyond the material and workmanship. Professional and low key. It was just a small project but it was just so smooth. They were like brothers. Just so consistent. It wasn't that cheap but it wasn't that expensive either. The experience was amplified in terms of high quality because of the personalities. How often do you get that in a company like this one? They just have such a personalized approach.
