Don Foote was referred by a work colleague who loves them and I can understand why---I was able to go away during part of the process and feel ok about leaving them in charge--I did meet some of the subcontracters who were all very nice and very competent men---The man in charge of my project was very meticulous, honest and very competent--he was so pleasant to work with---though my job was small it did involve dealing with a lot of neighbors ( in a condo complex)--some who are difficult and he did that so well--in fact he was pretty unflappable---so after being disappointed in other contractors in the past these men were terrific --they showed up when they said they were going to--they finished the entire project very quickly and really minimized any inconvenience to me---they did beautiful work---I was much less anxious with them doing the work than anyone else I looked at----so reliable in a profession that is notorious for unreliability!---I am so happy with the work--

Would be happy to hire Don Foote Contracting again. Both his company and his subcontractors were always timely, and did what they said they would do.

Don and his crew were great. We did not have a time schedule deadline, that was my decission, but the project was completed as quickly as possible without any problems. Don put me in contact with his subcontractors who also did an outstanding job with no problems. I'm a little picky with quality and timeliness of all contractors and Don did not provide me the oportunity to complain about anything, there was nothing to complain about. Basically, I just loved working with him, I didn't even get any other quotes. They gave me nice ideas, they are very flexible, I felt like I was the customer and they did whatever I needed to make me happy. They were wonderful. I wish I had another house to put an addition on.

Perfectly executed job, excellent quality, on time and on budget. Particularly impressed with the problem solving ability of crew when technical issues came up during the construction process, and post completion response to odds and ends that needed correcting.
