More than 90% of your clients would recommend your firm to a friend. How do you earn such high praise from your customers?
Our mission statement says it best. "AT COUNTRY CLASSICS WE STRIVE FOR EXCELLENCE WITHIN OUR SELVES, AS A TEAM, AND AS A COMPANY. OUR GOAL IS ALWAYS TO HAVE SATISFIED HOMEOWNERS LIVING IN A COMMUNITY THEY CAN BE PROUD TO CALL HOME." Based on the results of customer surveys, we deliver what we promise: great customer service, which we strive to perfect every single day. The attention to detail that has become a Country Classics trademark is clearly evident in our imaginative use of space and light and the wide array of extraordinary standard features that we include in every home.
Client Profile
It varies with the location, community design and home style offered. We have condominiums for first time buyers, single baby boomers and active adults who are looking to downsize. Our single family homes typically appeal to the younger family looking for lots of bedrooms and a neighborhood for the children to recreate and attend a nearby school.
Approach to Working With Clients
Education is key. We have residential communities to suite many needs. Architectural design, square footage and quality products offer a wide array of choices for any new home shopper. Listening to the buyer and educating them to product alternatives for them and for family to live close by has been most successful.
Ongoing Staff Training and Development
Country Classics encouraged continuing education for all employees. The builder partners participate in the NAHB Builder 20 group meetings twice a year. The sales staff attends a wide variety of programs geared to offer full service to our customers. The construction team strives for excellence in products, procedures and building code and engineering methods. Quarterly meetings are held to review recently delivered homes, buyer surveys and subcontractor performance so that we can continually improve our service.
Motivating Employees
Country Classics tends to hire self motivated individuals to begin with. The TEAM concept that extends through all departments is also a big factor in making employees feel their opinions matter and their voice is heard.
Why are you a builder/remodeler?
Being able to see the work we do stand for decades is very rewarding. There is such a tangible value to watch families grow up and enjoy their lives in a home we built for them.
What should clients bring to the table and contribute during the construction process?  What can they do to help make the relationship a success?
We welcome our clients to visit their homes under construction. This is their chance to see the construction process and ask any questions they may have along the way. By welcoming them to be involved we build a relationship through interaction and with confidence.
What are the biggest challenges facing companies like yours in the building industry?  What are some of the challenges facing your business right now?
The biggest challenge right now is all the negative press regarding the housing industry. Many home buyers are concerned about the time it will take to sell their existing home. Marketing your home with a Realtor professional that is active in your marketplace will ensure proper pricing and a timely sale. Our company also provides Quick Delivery Homes for those who have a need for faster occupancy.
What's next for your company
We feel there are so many opportunities out there to build. Our company has the flexibility and experience in building all products which can only lead to growth in the future.
Is there anything else you'd like people to know about you and your company?
We feel it is our duty and our privilege to get involved in the communities in which we build. We annually contribute to the Children's Home in Easton, PA and the Women's Resource Center in Hillsborough, NJ.
I will strongly recommend country classics to anyone who is planning to buy a new home. Everyone at country classics are exceptional and you can rely on them. Thank you country classics.
Everything has gone smoothly and Dave is really easy to get along with after you get to know him. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. Marci, the salesperson, is a very important asset to the company. Everyone has commented on how I got a good value for my money.
The finished product met or exceeded our expectations! The staff was reliable, professional and courteous. We never felt as strangers purchasing a home, but rather members of the Country Classics community. We would definitely recommend buying a home from Country Classics.
Country Classics delivered a home which we're extremely pleased with. They adhered to the timeline promised and we felt fortunate to have worked with Peter Sheridan who provided expertise every step of the way.
All I can really say is that I have been here a year and I still feel like I am on vacation. I am very happy here and very satisfied.
My wife and I had a wonderful experience working with Country Classics. Our home has met and exceeded all of our expectations. The staff is highly knowledgeable and was extremely helpful throughout the entire process.
The quick response to questions throughout the process, the high quality of workmanship and the outstanding professionalism of the staff.
I was captured by the condo's beauty from the very beginning and I love their location. I have been very satisfied. I like everything about it. The people are nice and they are built beautifully. I have no complaints. I have highly recommend moving here to my friends that are getting ready to sell their homes.
Country Classics offers more selection than other builders I've worked with in the past. I think the overall experience was pretty good. Though on the interior selections, I felt at a disadvantage in that they did not allow me to make selections. More time should be allowed for the selection process, and that should be communicated up front. The service should be more transparent to allow for custom selections.
Professional and customer service driven is the best way to describe Country Classics. From our first walk through the model home through closing and beyond, our experience with the employees of Country Classics has been nothing short of exceptional. Throughout the journey you become more then a name..you become a member of the Country Classics family.
Country Classic is an excellent building company. They go above and beyond for their customers to make them satisfied. Country Classic are always available if you have any questions or concerns.
It was a wonderful experience buying a home with Country Classics. The whole process was pleasant and our transition into our new house was smooth and on schedule as promised. The whole team at Country classics was very professional and courteous at all times and ensured that the whole process, from start to finish, was an extremely rewarding and productive experience. I will be very happy to recommend the whole experience of buying a home with Country Classics in a heartbeat.
This was my first experience in buying new construction, and it was a wonderful fun experience. The team is fantastic, and there is nothing I would change or suggest for improvement.
The over quality of the product along with the professional ethic of the Country Classics staff has impressed us throughout this process.
Peter Sheridan was a pleasure to work with. He was completely forthcoming and honest throughout the entire process. He is extremely responsive to every concern we had. Every employee we dealt with at Country Classics was a true professional, going above and beyond our expectations, but Peter stood out among a great staff. We would highly recommend Country Classics to anyone in the market.
The on-time construction
The personnel throughout the process made our experience with Country Classics exceptionally positive.
They were easy to deal with throughout the process.
John, Oscar and Ronnie are very reliable, hard workers who are always prompt and efficient in dealing with issues that have arisen
Peter, Jeff and John.......Top notch guys and service....Could not be better in my eyes...My last home was also new construction and it did not compare to what the three guys mentioned here have provided....
From the moment I entered the Sales Office through my closing, a period of two weeks, everyone I met was professional and accomodating. Having just gone through a horrific process with sellers backing out of contract of another home I was to purchase in Forks Twnsp., I was reticent to close on this condo. You can imagine my delight at experiencing a pleasant and problem free closing with Country Classics. Thank you!
I was very pleased with how thoroughly they kept me informed.
No, everything was done in the most professional manner.
The design studio process impressed us. Laura made this process easy to us. We were belated with the end result as well. We couldn't be any happier with the house.
We love our house! Country Classics uses very good sub-contractors. The tile, flooring and painting contractors do very nice work. Also, we experienced nothing but professionalism in dealing with the electrician and low voltage contractor.
Overall I'm really happy. I love living here. Marcie is probably one of the best sales people I've ever worked with and I'm a sales manager.
My expectations and previous experience were home buying was a stressful process. It was truly enjoyable going through the home buying stages and working with the different Country Classics staff. It was exciting to see our choices manfiest themselvesinto a beautiful house that my family and I can now make into a homeMr. Van Cleef - you have some good people working for youSincerelyRuchit and Neha Patel
Already did....was able to get one friend to move into Kimble Court. Give me some time...still working on some others! :)
I had the pleasure of meeting many of them and professional and courteous is apropo. They treated me as if I was the first Country Classics customer they were working with even though they have gone through this process and routine with so many other customers. The subcontractors were prompt and thorough to address any issues post-closing. And what can I say about John Hauer and Rony....simply awesome people ot work with. Country Classics sure knows how to find good knowledgeable people.
See # 8. Like I said before, Peter talked to us like we were family friends for years. He would offer opinions on decorating ideas, on what options might look good. Simply, he always let us bounce our house ideas off of him all through the process. He sold us a home and threw in a friendly relationship with me and my family for free and made the whole process of buying home even more enjoyable.

We need your feedback in order to conduct a thorough review of Country Classics's application.
Homebuilders, remodelers, real estate developers and home services companies pay GuildQuality for customer surveying and performance reporting. We refer to these companies as GuildQuality Members, Guildmembers, or members.
Our service helps Guildmembers monitor customer satisfaction and -- if they choose to publish survey feedback on our public website at guildquality.com -- articulate the quality of their service for prospective customers.
All of the Guildmember information we publish at guildquality.com has been provided to us either by the member (such as pictures of work and biographical information) or by their customers via one of our surveys (customer comments, performance summaries, and reviews).
All of the customer feedback that we publish is derived from the customers we survey. Our Guildmembers provide us with their customers' contact information, we conduct the surveys, they receive the feedback, and -- if they have chosen to make their feedback public -- the member's performance report is automatically updated to reflect the response. Members may choose to publish a summary of either all of their feedback or their most recent twelve months of feedback.
In addition to average performance ratings and survey statistics, GuildQuality also publishes two types of customer commentary: Comments and Reviews.
A comment has been provided by a survey respondent in response to any one of the survey questions we ask, and a member may or may not choose to publish it. Often customers provide unsolicited testimonials or compliments, and members can choose to share these comments in their published performance report.
Many Guildmembers choose to participate in our formal review process. These members have added an additional question on their survey: "If you'd like to provide a public review of your experience working with the Guildmember, please share it here." In contrast to comments, which a member selects to have published, we publish all reviews, provided they are at least 30 words long. With each review, we include a one to five star rating provided by the survey respondent.
It is important to note that GuildQuality does not endorse the qualifications of any company. We make no predictions, warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, about the quality of any work a company on this website may provide. GuildQuality does not accept any liability whatsoever for any harm that might result from any statements presented on this website.
Prospective customers should weigh a multitude of factors when choosing the right building company, and never depend on a single source when making their decision to purchase a home or hire a contractor.
