The installation crew did very good, quality work.

I thought their carpenters were very good and when I added scope to the job, they gave a fair price and were very helpful.

When a problem arose, the site manager would come back and address the issues. He went above and beyond and I was very happy with that.

I really appreciated the staff's attitude. They were very courteous and friendly. That was important to me because I don't deal with a lot of contractors. I didn't feel comfortable going in because I wasn't familiar with it. But they were very friendly and explained everything to me. It made me feel a lot more comfortable.

They were a little higher than the others, but it felt like a good value.

I thought that Ken did a really excellent job in bringing ideas to the design around the windows. I think he had an eye for detail which I really appreciated in terms of planning out the work. I'd say they did a really nice job on that.
