Timely response to calls, questions, etc. Professional demeanor from Carlisle workers and subs. They kept the worksite exceptional clean, making sure dusty areas were masked off and that debris was swept/vacuumed daily. Dealt with the challenges presented by an older house without allowing schedule to slide unreasonably. Very understanding of budget constraints and helped us work within them.

Professionalism all through. Carlisle started off with a very detailed schedule and budget, and they tried very hard to stay on schedule and on budget. Every time, a change was needed to either, we had reasonable time to react, and have input on the processFurthermore we were rebuilding our home after water damage. Carlisle handled almost all interactions with our insurance company, worked with them to update the initial estimates, and we didn't have to negotiate with the insurance company at all.

The project manager, Jeremy Culver, was very responsive and made certain that I was satisfied with the work performed. I felt he was sincerely looking out for my interests, and was able to save some costs. We had to shift the schedule in several instances to accommodate some of the subcontractors and our family activities, but Jeremy always managed things with friendly professionalism and a great attitude.

I was leary of doing a "time and materials" contract; but was completely satisfied with my remodel project. The bid was quite accurate, I was able to add items to the project without sustaining large "change order" fees which also contributed to my overall house upkeep in a positive manner. I would not hestitate to utilize this company in the future and as noted, have already referred some of my friends to CCH for remodeling projects.

As a GuildQuality Guildmember, Carlisle Classic Homes relies on our customer surveying to help them deliver an exceptional customer experience.

We have surveyed customers on behalf of Carlisle Classic Homes in Seattle, WA; Bellevue, WA; Mercer Island, WA; Bainbridge Island, WA; Burien, WA; Issaquah, WA; Bothell, WA; and Redmond, WA.

In this report, Carlisle Classic Homes has published a summary of the customer feedback they've received since they joined GuildQuality in March 2011. In that time, 43 out of 50 customers (86%) responded to a GuildQuality satisfaction survey, with the most recent response in February 2011.

About GuildQuality and our Guildmembers

Homebuilders, remodelers, real estate developers and home services companies pay GuildQuality for customer surveying and performance reporting. We refer to these companies as GuildQuality Members, Guildmembers, or members.

Our service helps Guildmembers monitor customer satisfaction and -- if they choose to publish survey feedback on our public website at guildquality.com -- articulate the quality of their service for prospective customers.

All of the Guildmember information we publish at guildquality.com has been provided to us either by the member (such as pictures of work and biographical information) or by their customers via one of our surveys (customer comments, performance summaries, and reviews).

Surveys, Comments and Reviews

All of the customer feedback that we publish is derived from the customers we survey. Our Guildmembers provide us with their customers' contact information, we conduct the surveys, they receive the feedback, and -- if they have chosen to make their feedback public -- the member's performance report is automatically updated to reflect the response. Members may choose to publish a summary of either all of their feedback or their most recent twelve months of feedback.

In addition to average performance ratings and survey statistics, GuildQuality also publishes two types of customer commentary: Comments and Reviews.

A comment has been provided by a survey respondent in response to any one of the survey questions we ask, and a member may or may not choose to publish it. Often customers provide unsolicited testimonials or compliments, and members can choose to share these comments in their published performance report.

Many Guildmembers choose to participate in our formal review process. These members have added an additional question on their survey: "If you'd like to provide a public review of your experience working with the Guildmember, please share it here." In contrast to comments, which a member selects to have published, we publish all reviews, provided they are at least 30 words long. With each review, we include a one to five star rating provided by the survey respondent.
